Terrible business, i've been waiting a month already for an ecu that i ordered for my mazda and it states that it would take 1-6 business days. It's been 1 month and a week already and i still have not gotten my ecu. To top it off i've called multiple times during their business hours and they never answer. I've spoken to them twice about the matter and they told me it would ship out that day or even the next and it still hasn't shipped. Honestly don't know what to do at this point. Just stay away from this business and don't even bother to try buying something off their website

Hi I knew that there would have been a delay on my order due to covid 19 which had to be mailed to Canada but it wasn't bad, the customer service was excellent and precise on delivery date and the ECU is working great so far. I will recommend flagship one and will continue to do business with them.

FS1 doesn't deliver, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer questions, and - worst of all, doesn't ship the product. I purchased a PCU for my Jeep and after installing, it failed. I requested an RMA under their"Lifetime Warranty" and it's been 7 weeks and my replacement product still hasn't shipped. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. Worst online purchase experience in many years. 5 hours on the phone and online chat with them, BEGGING for status on my order, BEGGING for them to help me get my car running, most of it on hold and my car has not run in two months!. Always have to deal with an account manager. For what? This should be a quick replacement transaction. STAY AWAY!

Called on a friday left me hold 45 minutes then hung up. Tryed back for another hour till 5pm where i was informed they were closed. Shove that $150 where the sun dont shine. Ill take the loss. Ill buy local.

Ordered an ECU for my 2006 CTS Cadillac for $359 they told me the first one was bad and it was going to take longer it's been over 3 months and I'm still trying to get my refund they won't even answer their phone and when they do they hang up on you

This company is bad news don't buy anything from them. They will take your money and start to play you ping pong game, you will not get them on phone, if you get somebody you will be kept on phone for more than two hours and at the end they will hang up on you. They will not ship your product, they will not reply your emails and you will not receive any phone call from them. This company is bad news, don't attempt to buy anything from them.

IN EARLY DECEMBER, 2020, I ORDERED A SATURN ION PCM.ON MY CONFIRM ORDER FROM EBAY, IT SAIDMY 2006 ION PCM IS PROGRAMMED PLUG AND PLAY. IT WOULD NOT START THE CAR. I HAD A TECH FROM C&K SALES COME BY TO CHECK THE PCM=HE SAID THE PCM WAS NOT PROGRAMMED OR ANY GOOD. I CALLED FLAGSHIP 1 AND THEY WERE VERY RUDE SAYING IT WAS OUR FAULT. I HAVE BOUGHT LOTS OF COMPUTERS FROM THEM IN THE PAST, NO PROBLEMS BEFORE. THEY SENT ME ANOTHER PCM LATER, BUT IT WAS THE SAME. THIS HAPPENED (2) MORE TIMES. THEY THEN SAID THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME. I OWN A AUTO ELECTRIC SHOP IN DURHAM, NC, SO I KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING IS CORRECT. I ORDERED ANOTHER PCM FROM A SUPPLIER AND IT WORKED.AT MY SHOP AFTER ALL THIS HAPPENED (3) CUSTOMERS CAME TO ME AND SAID THEIR AUTO WOULD NOT START WITH THE COMPUTER THEY GOT FROM FLAGSHIP 1 THAT WAS PROGRAMMED AND PLUG&PLAY. I SAID FOR THEM TRY TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK AND GET ONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. ALL OF THEM GOT ANOTHER ONE FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER AND THEY ALL WORKED. EVERY BODY SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Slow processing

Ordered 2 computers from them. Usually their turn around time is within 7 days. These computers were ordered on June 17th And June 22nd. Reached out several times to find out where they were and ll i ever get is its in programming and we'll send email when shipped. I'm an automotive shop and my customers don't like waiting over a month for their part. I received the one from the 17th today and the one from the 22nd of course is still in programming. I could've had it ordered and programmed myself by now. They say they are at 100 % operational I'll be buying from them again why is it tasking more than a month to program and ship. Don' t think i

I've been dealing with this company for 3 months now. First part I cancelled BEFORE the parts was shipped but they still charged me 20% re-stocking fee. Still disputing with my credit card company. Second ECM came and my check engine light AND service engine light soon came on. They stuffed it in shipping bags and arrived broken where the plug goes. Got the WORST gas mileage ever. One tank in one week. This was defective, sent it back now, no one will credit my card back even though they received the defective part 3 days ago. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... I'm still dealing with this Joke of a company. You'll be on hold for eternity, passed on from person to person and if your on chat, you'll have them end the chat for NO reason. E-mails will not be replied to.

Purchased a computer for my truck and Flagship 1 programmed the wrong VIN into the computer they sent to me. The VIN didn't match my truck and the VIN I provided them. I thought, "not a big deal", Just call there customer service line and I'm sure they will handle the problem.
I called no less than 5 times over a weeks time. Everyone I talked to were call service employees. No one, not even an account manager had a clue how to help. They always told me that someone would call me back which never happened. I also emailed about six or seven times explaining in detail the problem and would like a response. Zero, No response, even after a weeks time. Then there is the Chat feature which I tried several times. It's just as bad as the Customer service people that I talked to. As far as I can figure it's just a big answering service Company that cannot help in any way shape or form.
Terrible experience!
If you have a ton of time, don't care in what decade your vehicle gets repaired, and Love aggravation, This is the place to buy.

Ordered my TCU on May 11 2020 was told
Ordered my TCU on May 11 2020 was told the part was on the shelf and ready to ship in 3-5 days. I placed the order my payment cleared within an hour. After a week of no response and no part being delivered I started to look into it. At first I was getting weekly emails saying that the part was in test and programming and would ship soon. After 3 weeks of this and not getting response to my replies. I started calling some time multi times a day, and on multiple phones. I would end up on hold for very long periods of time, and would then be transferred to an Account Manager, that never responded to on voice mail message and never once picked up the phone. I started leaving posts on their facebook page, just to see them disappear in a couple hours, heaven forbid anyone question their supiority as the Premier and most reliable electronic module supplier in the world. Started looking at their website interesting they only have 5 star reviews but the BBB has given them a B Rating based on over 650 complaints about poor customer service. After 8 1/2 weeks I finally got an email from the Account Manager, saying that they created a new tracking label, and would ship the part overnight withn 24-48 hours. That was 96 hours ago. Still no word, no tracking number, NOTHING. I like 650+ other have left a complaint at BBB. Still nothing. Yet you look at their website and facebook page and you will see "The #1 most reliable Electronic Module supplier in the world is here for you during times of uncertainty. We would like to assure all our customers that we are 100% operational and working hard to make sure that the fulfillment process is seamless." Everytime I call or get any kind of response I am reminded that they are short handed due to Covid 19, and experiencing a large number of orders to fill. If they cannot fill an order that is 2 1/2 months old why in hell are they still taking more orders. How can they claim to be 100% operational and providing Seamless Fulfillment. How can a company that claims to be "The #1 most reliable Electronic Module supplier in the world" continue to make these claims when they have a B rating at the BBB and over 650 complaints.

I ordered this computer around a month ago and still haven't been able to get it to work, you are on hold for at least an hour, they either hang up on you or tell you they will email you instructions. I've also chatted online to three different people and they said the samething. I finally got a youtube video that has nothing to do with my computer. Another couple of weeks go by and finally Lisa sent instructions which seemed to be legit but still didn't start. I did it several times thinking maybe I did something wrong. I've been emailing about getting a refund and no communication AT ALL. Went silent after she said my ACCOUNT MANAGER would reach out, hahahaha, sure that never happened. So frustrated with this company and will never buy again.
