Ordered the part early may was told would receive May 28-June 1 havent received anything talked to someone that said a supervisor would be calling me back so dont call back Sent several emails no response called back no ones answering Dont by from this business they'll rip you off and send parts that dnt work

I ordered from them on May 12,2020 and was given an expected arrival date of my ECM in 7 to 10 days. TWENTY ONE DAYS later and after multiple phone calls later I finally received my part. The part was installed by a certified mechanic who informed me that the part received was non working and would require being sent back. After more phone calls where your forced to call a switch board who identify you by caller ID and know what you ordered and when you ordered it and what you ordered it for. You are told your "account manager" is unavailable. Andy P is never available, and there is also NEVER a supervisor available either. I spent hours on hold or trying to call them and get through. I would receive emails written in broken English asking me to be patient while I was first waiting for my part. Then while waiting for a return shipping label to be emailed to me I wasted days on the phone attempting to speak to a supervisor and was NEVER allowed to. I am still waiting for my part today June 8 2020. I have been without the ability to drive the vehicle since May 11 when it broke down. I have been losing money each day the vehicle sits immobilized.

Straight garbage

Dont waste your time or money with these people. Bought a computer end of February they gave me excuses about delays till march 10. Got it and bam didn't work. Called them to get an rma form and filled out what I needed to. Almost 2 months to the date I still hadn't received anything. Now I finally get the shipping label to send them the computer back just to fight for another month to get my money back. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I am getting a lawyer involved next.

I buy a Ecu for my 2003 rav 4 they send me a bad one after 10 attempts to get someone to give me a return no one helped. So I mailed it back and called the bank one month later they changed my card again. Don't buy from them u will regret it

Worst company ever! I made the mistake of not researching them before I made a purchase, and I paid for it. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews seen on their website. Go to the BBB to see how many complaints are listed for FS1. They will cheat you out of every dime they can. I ordered an ECM which was supposed to be delivered to me in 6 days. On the 6th day, I had still not received a tracking number so I emailed them to cancel my order and issue a refund. Of course they didn't respond. 3 emails and 4 phone calls went unanswered. They eventually sent the part, but I had already bought another locally. Now, since the part was delivered, they want to charge me $85 reprogram fee plus $35 restock fee plus I have to pay to ship it. Basically I lost all my money. They knew this which is why they rushed the part to me AFTER I asked to cancel the order. Save your money, by a used ECM off of EBay and have it programmed at your local dealer. Takes 10 minutes to program. I had to give 1 star but should be zero!

I ordered an ecm from Flagship One in March and was sent the incorrect part that wouldnt start the vehicle and lacked the proper option functions for the truck. I attempted to contact their tech support and without ever doing so, was issued a return form. I filled out the form and sent back the part, which arrived there on April 30. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact them about the status of this return by phone, chat and email, with no success. One time they left me on chat hold for an hour and then went home for the day and left me hanging there. Yesterday, they left me on voice hold and hung up, then when I called back they left me on hold until their voice mail came on. They are incorrigible regarding customer service, about the only thing they do fast is take payment. Currently my return is "lost". The only time I spoke with a human over there, she used covid19 as an excuse. I, however, have read tons of negative reviews dating to long before the pandemic, so that is a line of crap. I wish I had read some reviews of this rip off operation before I purchased. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BUMS AT ALL COST!

If you're one of the lucky individuals to actually get your product in working order, good for you. If, on the other hand, you have type of issue, regardless of how small, and you need customer service to get involved...? GOOD... LUCK! This is literally a gamble... roll the dice and a win is you get what you wanted... a loss is you have to deal with them in any way beyond placing your order. Worst customer service ever... no returned phone calls, emails, etc. Their account managers are useless and they manage nothing for the customer. After sitting on hold for more than an hour (1 hour, 8 minutes to be exact), they hung up on me.

Now for the interesting part - if you want to return your product for a refund, they hit you with so many fees (that you don't learn of until AFTER you order and pay) that you essentially get nothing back. Good luck, customers just need to realize it's a gamble doing business with FS1.

Don't do it

Scam artists. Only thing they do fast is take your money. Sent a defective pcm, waited for over 2 months for a replacement, am fighting for a refund now. Won't answer messages, phone calls put on hold for 30-45 minutes and when you do get through no one can help you. Stay away!

This has been the worst experience I have ever gone through with an American company.The account managers do not answer calls nor do they return them. They have nearly 300 cases with the better business bureau. My first part was faulty and its been a month that I sent back that part.Im still waiting for it to be sent out. Norah lied and say it was sent May 21st. Im still waiting. They created a shipping label but never sent the part out. Save your money, spend the extra and go somewhere else. The reviews on their site are not real.

I ordered a part that I cancelled the next day. All I get is run around from customer service saying they can't refund my money only a higher up can I've made several attempts to speak with supervisor they never call back or reply to email. I will be informing the better business bureau about this matter.

Scam

Scam company will only send you the part if they have it but will charge you for part and shipping even if they dont. Like most ppl on here you call them and wait hours you talk to 5 ppl and end up gettinn told they will call back and NO CALL BACK. I paid for overnight shipping its been 5 days no tracking update, no product to my door, and no reaching someone from this company to ask whats up. Overall i had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. Dont buy!

This company is a bunch of frauds. They steal your money and leave u on the hook for 3 weeks. DO NOT USE IS COMPANY EVER EVER EVER. I HAVE CONTACTED THE ""FTC"" and filed complaints with the BBB and calls to the New York FBI office..

I Can not believe they are still in business. Made a purchase back in February, simple put they gave me a bad part. We paid $200.00 and got NOTHING! The part didn't work, we immediately contacted customer service, made the request, got approved for a return/refund the money. And to this Day No refund and no part, So they got PAID $200 AND GOT THE PART BACK (Which did NOT work) and I got Nothing! IT'S ALL A SCAM, AND RIP OFF! It's Sad.

This has got to be on my top three companies that are the worst to deal with out of an easy 500 companies I have dealt with and my auto experience. I have asked for assistance how about some information simply on a PCM and in a 45-minute., I have been transferred at least six times through different people having to call back having to be put on hold then hung up on been put on hold and hung up on been transferred back to the same named person who doesn't get back in touch with me. And when I asked for the phone number or contact number for the CEO I get put on hold never to be picked up on again. So they wanted me to sign a document previously for the warranty on the item which I did and they charged me for the PCM but nobody wants to talk to me about the PCM or any other questions I have. It would be my advice to possibly look for another company if possible they can actually do the job or has people that want to do the job because he values of this company and this Corporation fall far below that of anything I have ever seen. They feel they have no obligation to speak with you or assist you once the transaction is completed, or at least this has been my experience in dealing with them.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. I Purchase a part for my vehicle in January, since it came defective I returned it. The part was received back in Feb and its May and I still don't have my replacement. Every time that I call I get told the same thing. " that my account Manager Liz is not available that she will call me back" and she never calls me back. It being 3 months! My car is still at the shop waiting for the replacement part and Flagship One don't nothing... PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I purchased a ecu for ford focus an after i paid i waited til i was suppose to receive the part an nothing i didnt even get tracking. I called to see wat was going on an they where very unprofessional an didnt know $#*! acting dumb they said give it a few more days still nothing an now im calling they screening my calls an not answering but i got they address an u never know.

Flagship 1 is so good to sell units but it ends there. My ECU program was wrong and needed them to reprogram it. They instead credited me $60 and kept 130 for restocking fees. They said it is in the warranty agreement. Crooked company! Remember good reviews are often done by people who manage the website for the company. Trust the bad reviews..
