Ordered a PCM for a customer vehicle, and it was defective. Tried for several days to get a warranty form emailed to us, so we could get this issue rectified. We received no calls back, were put on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up as there is no toll free number, told over chat by 4 different employees that our request had been submitted, and we would receive the form within the day. Never got anything from them. Finally, we outsourced to a different company to repair so we can get our customer's vehicle finished. Editing to add that the unit we purchased from FS1 cannot be repaired, so we have to purchase yet another PCM from somewhere else. Very frustrated with the incredibly poor customer service, and with them selling bad parts.
It took over 2 weeks and an extremely heated conversation for my part to be shipped, I was consistently lied to by Christian and Jon, I was sent multiple false tracking numbers. I suggested to them if they were going to keep lying to their customers they should at least write it down so everyone can tell the same stories.
NO communication at all, no email confirmation, no order updates, I had to call several times with long hold times(20-30 minutes) multiple transfers to "account managers" I had to cancel the order after ZERO communication for a week, after two weeks i have not received a refund, I had to make i claim with my bank. STAY AWAY!
The online purchase was smooth however, I found out after a week that there was a "delay" in getting the PCM for my Jeep Wrangler. This is my daily driver. The Jeep will not run at all without a working PCM so I am at the mercy of the supplier for getting it up and running again. Tried to call customer service after a week without any communication on the progress and was on hold for almost an hour only to be told to email customer service for an answer to getting a refund as I had already ordered another PCM from a different company. That company mailed my PCM with a tracking number the day after I placed the order. Trying to get a refund I was told to email customer service again! Still waiting on a response.

I bought a ECU from Flagship 1( December 2019) and I received it in a few days however when it was installed the item was worse than the one removed from the vehicle. With the old ECU the vehicle would start and drive ( but it would also shut off and run hot) but with the one received (the connectors were corroded) it wouldn't even crank. I returned the item and another one was shipped which I never received. I was told that it showed "returned to sender" on February 6,2020. I have called and e-mailed on several occasions and left messages for the account manager who has never bothered to return the call nor reply to my messages. It is now March 3rd, 2020 and I still haven't received a new unit.

I was looking for a computer for one of my customers and I found Flagship 1 through Google, it sounded great plug and play I really didn't care about the lifetime warranty, they took my money over the phone right away but I didn't receive the part for at least one month later everytime I called them it was a different story I finally received the part plugged it in and didn't work I was praying that this would've not happened because I knew that it was going to be a even worst nightmare to try and send this back, so it started they were not getting back to me and when I called they have call display and they would put me on hold so I blocked my number and they picked up and just could not get anywhere with them, I could go on and on, anyway I shipped the part back at MY expense and that took 10 days for them to finally email me and tell me that they received the part after me calling them telling them I the tracking told me that the part was accepted by someone at Flagship 1, I have been emailing them asking them to get back to me and tell me what they are going to do about it it's been about 10 days and they still won't take my calls or reply back to my emails, they took $399.00 plus $65.00 for shipping and will not refund or get back to me...
Really wish I had done more homework. FS1 has a cool website and online store and the ease of ordering made me think this would be a smooth transaction. It has been anything but. I received a product that has been tested by multiple mechanics (at no small expense) and proven to be BAD. It happens. So I called and was immediately told that basically, they don't make mistakes. However, if I wanted to return the part, they would test it before telling me I am wrong. I was shocked at the attitude, but did as instructed, and... crickets. I sent follow up email. I tried chatting. I have never experienced such lackadaisical response to a client that simply wants to spend their hard-earned money to buy a need part for an inoperable vehicle they need to function. I suggest buying from ANYWHERE else. I would buy from a guy with a sign on the side of the road faster next time. I may as well have, because I am getting similar results. I am now searching for a new source to buy the part, hopefully one that works... and believe me, I will be checking the reviews better. I am assuming I can kiss my money goodbye, even if I do get response, it will be too late. This has been almost a month long process at this point. VERY frustrated and disappointed and worse, now am out a vehicle even longer than planned because I have been waiting on a response. DO NOT BUY THE PART HERE. TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN BY WARNING YOU. I WISH I HAD LISTENED.
I bought a computer from Flagship one Inc. I paid $176.24 for the computer when I got it and had it put in my car. It didn't fix the problem with my car. I called them and I told them that it didn't fix the problem. Flagship one Inc. Said to send it back so I did it took a long time to get it from Flagship one Inc. I called them I told them that they have my money. No computer. I finally got it it didn't fix the problem. So Flagship one Inc. Sent me another one computer. The second one didn't work eather. I took my car to B&F Auto 's then I took my car to the dealership. They checked it out and said that the computer, that I got from Flagship one Inc. Wasn't any good. So I called Flagship one Inc. and told them what the Dealership said. I sent the second one back to Flagship one Inc. They wouldn't give me my money back. That I could only get store credit. And they changed me to put the computer back on the shelf. They said that I could only get store credit. No money back. If I had known all of that I would of NEVER bought their computer. So they have their computer and my money. Please help me get all of my $176.24. Back from them. They didn't like it when I told them that I was going to get a hold of BBB

Part came in wrong after waiting months for it and the 3rd time I've had to send it back. No help from company and no supervisors to talk to either. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
I've had the best experience with Flagship one. They fix my computer. I am up and running in less than 2 weeks they are fast and returning your products. Really really great people to work with.

They sold me an I programmed computer for $412. Which I returned 3 month ago. They never send me a new one or even return my calls. They lied every week after I contacted BBB.

Painful from start to finish. Would not provide Pro number for shipping, billed my card immediately upon order, did not recieve the PCM for over 2 weeks. Installed when I returned from out of town. When locksmith came to marry the chipped keys to the new PCM he could not because of codes in the new PCM. Had to tow to Ford dealership to code the keys to new PCM, they could not as well! Requested RMA explaining situation and provided all code per FS1 request. Waiting another month (emailing, calling and Live chatting) this company needs to just go out of business or go to jail!

If you have any experience making purchases online or common sense, " which I wish I had before this purchase" it is obvious that any 5 star review is fake. I thought they had a good price that's why I got my ECM from them. Now I know why they are cheap. Just DO NOT buy from them.
I purchased the ECM module for my 1995 Dodge Avenger. It's AMAZING, it truly unlocks the power also brings out the best in my bolt-on upgrades. It is worthy the cash and very easy to install. No adverse signs or issues so that good!

This is the worst company I've ever done business with, no customer service, will not return emails, do yourself a favor go somewhere else, they get your money and you are on your own! THERE IS A PAYDAY COMING FOR THIS KIND OF BUSINESS
I had spent over 500 dollars on my car new alternator, new battery and car was still doing same thing, I keep searching for a answer to my chrysler 300 2005 touring lights were flickering. Hooked the pcm from flagship up and problem solved, no mechanic could figure it out. I Thank you Flagship One.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
