I ordered unit and it never did work and I did not get a refund. PLUG and PLAY what a joke.
This was a very bad choose.
So far I am very dis-satisfied with flagship, The PCM was not operable when received and getting it replaced as promised has not happened yet. Once they have your money the support ends.

I bought 2 ecm's at the same time, 1 worked out great, the other we had problems with, which it did fix the problem that we bought it for, al through a whole new code on vehicle popped up, i was in contact with support team, there response was really slow the first time, when they did get back to me they wanted explanation all over again so i did that, then tried to e mail them once more with no response.so I'm not impressed with their customer support, as for calling them, I'm busy man and don't have a half hour or longer to wait on hold. So i just give up and washed my hands of this company and called it a loss. They never would get back to me.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with your customer service. I returned an fs1 ecu for warranty and have been given the run around now for four weeks. As a consumer, I would tell you to run from this company, being unable to contact someone other then someone in the Philippines, I am tired of people saying how sorry, just solve the problem, customer service is dead, buy at your own risk.

Purchased an a cm from Flagship 2 years ago quick delivery no problems the problem started when e c m went out again. Call manufacturer they sent me a form to fill out since it back in they check my form I sent back in I did not like my diagnosis they want me to get a professional electrical mechanic to diagnostic my car I can buy a new computer from them for what that would cost so what good is there warranty

This company does not reply to emails and will leave you guessing about your order. I can't say anything about the module I purchased since I have yet to receive it. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a lot of grief.

I bought an ECM and had to return it 3 times. It still doesn't work so I took it to a Toyota Dealer, they put a new ECM in and all is good. Flagship WILL NOT honor the warranty.

Disappointed and cheated.
Have ordered ECU for Chrysler T&C 2015.
First of all programing and readness for shiping took 10days.
Paid additional 100$ for UPS shiping to EU + taxes (it's ok).
After installing new ECU still plenty of alarms poping up. All of them from engine compartment.
After auto electrician made diagnostic, was found that "Brand new ECU" is already used, fresh repainted and still have previous vehycle VIN number. One of two conections of ECU is not working because of electricity supply. Problem inside "Brand new" ECU.
After emailing with flagship assistance I filled out RMA form.
But the last email just killed me:
Hi,
My apologies, we were not able to generate a return label for you as USPS and UPS is not allowing us to create one for your address. With that, please send us back the module for further testing. No worries, after we test it and if we figured out that our module is faulty, then we'll send you a replacement. Also, please send us the tracking info once you have it.

So atleast I need to pay additional 100$ for shiping back ECU to USA and after hopefully replaced ECU again like minimum import taxes...
In this case ECU will cost me around 800-900$. Real life time warranty...

I work for a very well known after market auto parts store in Charlotte, NC. I ordered a pcm on 4/5/2022 and to this day have not received it. I have tried on several occasions to speak with someone, matter of fact, I'm on hold at this very moment. I ordered this part for a customer who's extremely unhappy. Do your research before you order anything from these people. Very unprofessional and lousy customer service. I may need to get my money refunded and find another, more competent company. Hopefully it won't be this much trouble to get my money back. So I was just informed that they don't have the pcm in stock I ordered and paid for and it will be an additional $300 if I want to rebuild and repair the old one. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.
FS1 lies about its programming and offers horrible customer service with no call-backs to your issues/complaints. My "account manager" * never called me once. I was constantly calling back to try and speak to him.
2014 Ford Escape, 1.6 ecoboost. I needed a PCM. They asked for my VIN to program the unit correctly (which I gave them). I ordered in February 2022. Unit arrived and I installed it. My scan tool pulled the VIN from the new PCM and it was NOT my VIN (that they were supposed to program).
I called on 2-14-22 and talked to Anthony. He assured me the unit was programmed properly and my scan tool was off. He said the unit was good. The vehicle wouldn't start because the keys needed to be reprogammed to the new PCM. Had a locksmith out to program the keys and vehicle still would not crank. Mitchell Pro Demand states that the BCM and PCM need to be reset when a PCM is replaced.
Vehicle towed to Ford. Ford found incorrect VIN number in the PCM and numerous programming error codes for transmission strategies, engine strategies, etc. Ford had to start from scratch and reprogram all parameters.
Called FS1 on 3-25-22 and talked to Jonathan. He said my account manager was * and nobody could help me but him. I asked for a partial refund since the PCM was never supplied with the correct programming... heard nothing but crickets. Never a call back. I got an e-mail a few days later saying they don't pay for any third party programming.
THEY NEVER ADDRESSED THE ISSUE THAT THEY SOLD ME AN UNPROGRAMMED PCM.
LIARS and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... BEWARE.

I send my ECM to flagship to be repair They took more than a month to complete the repair. After that. They send it back to my mechanic. And the ECM was the same way was before I send it back to them and they took again almost a month and they said they finally fix it but. Unfortunately they wasn't able to fix it but any way I bought another ECM and I took it to the Nissan dealer they fixed and after that I been calling them to get my money back but they never respond so I don't recommend flagship to nobody they took my $400
Ordered a unit on March 15 after all kinds of excuses they say April 8 it will be delivered will never order from them or recommend them I do Auto Electric mobile service & the customer is blaming me because I helped them find this company. They Suck!
As a completely dissatisfied previous customer (sucker)I strongly suggest that if you are purchasing from this company because of their 'Lifetime' warranty, think again.
I had one of their units installed for under a year when it failed while I was on the road in my Travel Camper. It failed in Amarillo Texas (1600 miles from home). I called FS1 and they said that I must ship the failed unit back to them and they could get it shipped back within 3 weeks from when they receive it. I immediately thought that with shipping it would be a month so it was not possible to consider a warranty claim at that time.
I purchased from a different supplier and had a programmed unit installed in my van in three days including shipping.
This company uses this 'Loop hole' to their advantage so make it so inconvenient that you end up giving up. I had to give up their failed unit as a 'Core' so I not longer had the FS1 'Failed' unit.
After returning home I sent them my 'Original' Factory unit which I still had from when it failed and replaced with the FS1 unit while at home. They declined an warranty claim because it was physically not the same one they sold me. I sent them proof of failure (My Amarillo invoice to replace it) however they still would not honor my warranty claim.
You as a prospective buyer have now been warned so take your chances.
They did return the one I sent them as they would not warranty it but claim it the one I sent even though they painted it. I'm not sure that's true. Has anyone that has purchased from FS1 had the ECM painted over and look like a wrecking yard part?
I warned them that I would never give up warning others.
I purchased a ecm on Feb 25th of 2022. March the 20th, all I had gotten was the running around, then I wrote a review, a bad one, all the suddenly, 3 days later got a package with the ecm, doesn't look like that's a good one. And I had gone to my bank to get my money back. Too much hassle, too many lies, let me give a good advice, don't buy from these people, not at all honesty people. They don't respect us the consumers. For what I got from them, they should be shot down. Bad, bad, bad to core, worthless.
2006 Cadillac CTS, I came across these people online, after reviewing on YouTube I knew for sure what I needed to fix my car. I need a module flagship one was the cheapest, I ordered one from them it arrived in great shape. By the time they emailed me and told me my part have been delivered, already had it installed key learning system complete car running fantastic. If I ever never needed one again I highly recommend these people. God bless you and thank you for getting my car running again
They made sure my request was processed in a timely manner and had send me multiple sources for help everytime I requested it definitely would use them again I'm my shop.
Have order from them multiple times in past. This time however the parts was wrong one. Sent back for refund. They keep telling me they are working on the unit, I keep telling them I don't want it I want my refund. This had been going on for three weeks, and multiple phone calls. Today they said they are about to ship the item. What? I can't belive how bad their inhouse communication is. Customer service suffers severely because of this. The person on the phone is either not doing as they say or they simply can't help you out. It is very frustrating.
I ordered a PCM from this company. Once I received the part and installed it, I noticed the part still did not work. I immediately called the company to inform them they had me fill out a form to go over what the vehicle was doing. I have been getting the complete run around with no return calls when asked to speak with management. I still have no working part and now I have to wait to receive a return label to start the process to receive my refund. I would not recommend anyone to use this company ever.
I just installed the ECM plug and play and my car dont turn on. I chat online, call and send email and they only play ping pong with different people. They dont want ear the problem, just send to different employee without ear what is the problem, how they cant help me if they dont want know what is the problem?

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
