Great customer service. Merie sent me updates while my new PCM was being prepared from the beginning until it shipped and then I received tracking info. Super fast! The PCM works great and fixed my problems I was having with charging. Thanks! Great people and great product.
Installed new ecm, programmed accordingly based on steps provided. Ecm was not pre programmed to my car and key was not working. Has lock smith come out and look it over to discover everything stated above.

I'm sure the PCM replacement sent to most likely works but unfortunately the wrong one was sent. I will change my rating once I get the right PCM replacement. I received the PCM on 4/13/26 and as soon as I opened the package I knew the wrong one was sent. This PCM had 3 ports and my truck only has 1. I have no problem giving 5 stars once I can send this one back and get the right part.

This is the third time I have tried this place first time it didn't work sent back never got refunded, the second work, this time over 2 weeks since we ordered n still waiting for it. Don't waste your time.

I was missing a paper for instructions on a key relearn but no big deal I just looked it up online.

PCM was sent with the wrong year so I had to reprogram it myself to match the BCM and clear a p160A code on my Ford vehicle. Reached out to customer service and got no response.

I got the new PCM. It was not plug-in. Play had to take it to a dealership and the dealership is saying it was not wiped clean from the other vehicle. They cannot reprogram this PCM have to ship it back.

And within a day I got an email back saying my part didn't match my vin. I got the part i needed and only had to pay the difference. Extremely helpful

All I have gotten from this company is lie after lie and delay after delay. I will never order anything from this company again. Everyday I get an email stating there is a delay and it will be shipped out in 1 to 2 days. This company is a complete joke.

Order an ecm n it had 16 codes stored in the ecm did the key fob relearn car never started. Now waiting for another ecm fingers cross that this one works

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
