Great shopping experience and they were thorough when it came to customer experience and satisfaction. All you need is your vin and answer a couple questions and boom that's it. Easiest way to replace an ECU in my opinion if you can wait a couple weeks

Waited to long for part...was told an earlier time than was shipped
Had to call to get the correct part, wasn't listed on web site, 98 Isuzu NPR 5.7 gas. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable, found the correct part very quickly, verified it was correct & took my order. Had the part in a couple of days and worked perfectly. Highly recommend Flagship One if you need an ECM.
