I waited a week just ship, then I received a part that looked like it came from a junk yard, and it did not function at all. My truck is still not running, and now I have to pay my mechanic again. The FICM I received looked like it was just pulled out of some non running truck and shipped to me. It did have a sticker and some numbers on it. However, those didn't make it work. I am extremely disappointed in your service. I couldn't wait any longer, I pd roughly $50 more and got one locally. I will be contacting on Monday to return this a get a refund.

I ordered this for my mom's boyfriend, I spent some while looking for it on different sites but Flagship One was the one I liked the most since it looks very professional, I was a bit nervous since it's my first time ordering something like this but it was super easy to find exactly what I was looking for. After the order I immediately received a confirmation email and subsequent status confirmations about my order. The delivery came before I expected it and as soon as we plugged the computer on the truck it worked! Simple as that. Thank you for making this easy and having a trustworthy company!

I paid at order, then I get a statement it wasn't paid for. Then after call text and statements I got a response. Then it was delivered. 3 weeks later. Advice after order, call and verify your order. Like I said product is good! Back on the road the day of arrival. Going strong! Saved me over 300 bucks.

Gentlemen, I talked on the phone lied to me told me it was a plug-in play or I wouldn't have spent the $500 on a $1500 car you know $500 plus $300 for keys on a $1500 piece of $#*! I would not have done it He lied to me completely.

I had exhausted trying to figure out the problems of why I was continuing to get all these weird codes. I had completed a lot of trouble shooting steps in an attempt to eliminate the problem. Finally after exhausting all my other efforts I took the leap and ordered a PCM from Flagship One. After installing it I started it and immediately ran great and has not thrown one code since. I am more than pleased. I'm so thankful for the results. Thank you for a quality product and service!

Still had to pay an additional fee to have someone come out and reprogram the computer because it would not sync with the key

It was time for the new one either way eventually but I'm still having issues with starting my truck at times here and there it will start and run fine but maybe after the fourth or third the engine won't turn over but all in all glad I did replace my ECM

I put the computer that you sent me with only my VIN number for that vehicle. I called out the key guy to program a couple new keys and the problem was solved. It started right up. Thank you so much. I recommend you to anybody. I've already three people I recommended you to thank.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
