It took some time, it's been Little over a week, I still haven't received my module but these things takes time but company stays in touch and inform their customers of each step, I now got My email in and module on its way thank you flagship one ill be doing more business with you.

It all went good with the call I lost the first one but when I called back a lady answered and picked up right where they was when to call drop I will have to see how it goes with the part when it comes in and see how it does but the lady that waited on me was very good to me and sound like she new what I needed

This is actually my 2nd time ordering from Flagship and I tell you they solved both of my problems with 2 different personal cars. I did all the steps in trying to get the cars to run and finally came down to the ECM/PCM I took the chance and bingo problems were solved! The price is amazing and their warranty is unbeatable for these parts. Thank you for helping a 65 year old Grammy for getting my cars on the road again.

Got a 99 ranger and my ecu had a dead driver for the bus+ pin. I ordered a pcm with my vin programmed and I plugged it in and with a simple key erase and key add with pats reset it worked

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
