I spent $950 on a part that was supposed to come pre-programmed to my vehicle. A professional mechanic installed it and unfortunately the part is defective throwing multiple codes (CAN codes) and the vehicle will not start. Flagship has been excellent to work with in getting the part returned and is refunding my money.

Got it fast and it fixed my issues

I had ROM failure from moisture and years of sitting. Once installed to my tech2 verified build reprogrammed to BCM. Did the key relearn procedure and a crank/Cam relearn once running. Have had zero issues since.

2010 Nissan Rouge ECM

I been buying ECM as auto mechanic, probably five in the last 7 year, CHEVY, NISSAN, TOYOTA and DODGE.
Good price and just plug and play. It been better for me just get one programed and ready to plug. I highly recommended FLAGSHIP ONE to my subscriber in YOUTUBE..

Great service

Went great and eased my worries of getting the incorrect part. Friendly and amazing customer service. Went over what the part was and how it will be programmed to my vehicles specs using the vin reassuring me that it was not the incorrect part and will not cause issues.

The PCM that I've bought from flagship came lately, and the VIN# that I've sent, wasn't registered.

Haven't installed ECM yet

I purchased the ECM. It's on a shelf. I do not have the cash to have the Ford dealer install it yet. When I have money for labor I'll have installed. After that happens and I drive around, I'll let you know how satisfied I am.

Pleased with the overall experience

My 2011 Ram had a fried alternator and the PCM wasn't signaling a voltage charge to the replacement alternator. I contacted Flagship for a rebuilt PCM, and the process was easy. I appreciated them sending me notifications of the progress and delivery. The installation was easy, and I didn't need to have it programmed by a dealer. Now my truck is running as if I had no issues.

Great service and components

Don't waste your time, or money, shipping across the country to some of these utube pcm "repairs". Do yourself a favor and just get it here if you can. Well worth it and to not have to deal with weeks of excuses from people "repairing" your modules and warranties to go along with. I've used them for Dodge, VW, Toyota/scion and have always worked.

Dodge Hemi PCU

Great company. Shipped faster than I thought it would. It was programmed to my vin number. Package was very well done. Installed it in my 2004 durango 5.7 hemi and it fired right up. After about 20 miles it synced everything together. Very happy. Will use this company again if needed. 5 stars.

Plugged into the truck everything was good had to do some programming on the security got that done but won't shift. Now I have to go to the ford dealer to get it done. More money I wasn't expecting. Gave the numbers off the computer and expected to be programmed.
