My vehicle is a 2001 dodge pickup. I was unable to get a ECM module for my vehicle in Canada because it was discontinued. Flagship had the part and synced it to my vehicle and guaranteed it. I'm extremely happy with the service and the parts.

The ECU worked great. My car started right up. I sent you back my old unit, but I haven't heard back from you. Overall, it was good service, but I seemed to get an attitude from one of the female representatives.

I ordered my control module hung up the phone and went to the door to get the part, ok a little exaggeration but very quick turnaround and fit my cars need a perfect match.
5 weeks after I ordered it they finally shipped it, 5 weeks of nothing but lies every day
Honestly, it looked great, I put it in and had zero issues. I figured I'd have some little hiccup, nope. The support was great, they even called to make sure everything went well. I'd definitely recommend this company and if needed in the future, I'll look here first.

My 2013 GMC went into limp mode, traced problem to the TCM, ordered from Flagship One, arrived in a timely manor, plug new unit in and BAM!, all problems gone, I was most impressed with the fact that the new TCM had been programmed with the newest up to date firmware, way to go Flagship One.

I was told that it could take up to 5 days for testing and programming and another 3 days for shipping. Coming from NY to WA I assumed it would likely be the full 8 days. Nope! Ordered it on Monday received it Thursday night. Installed it Friday morning and all issues were resolved and Jeep running better than ever. Noticeably better! The gentleman who took my call was very thorough and explained everything in detail including instructing me on activating the lifetime warranty. I highly recommend Flagship One

Worked great gave them the vin number and and they programed the ECU and all I had to do was plug it in. Car runs like it did when I bought it

I own an auto shop in York Pa. This is the second time I used your company. My customers need their cars and expect answers from me. I emailed and called and never got good answers. Customer service is horrible. The products have been fine.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
