Ordered a computer for a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis and was suppose to be plug and play but it was not. Long story short I either have a different issue other than PCM, there was an issue with the "re learning" procedure or the PCM just didn't work.
My Experience was GREAT! My contact person was Conrad Russell. I liked it that You dealt with 1 person throughout your processing of information and ordering and getting repairs. Everyone I delt with was so Friendly! I had HIGH Hopes that the Company would do as they claimed 100% satisfaction or your $ back! After the computer was refurbished and back in the car, it ran for 168 miles before the computer started acting Up and things started going Wrong that had NEVER been a problem before and stemming back to the computer! My mechanic said since they weren't Local that it was a slim chance of them fixing it correctly! I had such HIGH Hopes things would be Right since the 100% guarantee and everyone was so GREAT dealing with! Conrad was GREAT 😊 Now things aren't so GREAT 😔. If the repair had been like the customer service my rating would be 5 but the computer is acting Up in ways it had NEVER Done before being refurbished and it's SAD. 😔

We have used your company several times now. Last time we used your company for a GM product. We had to send the original PCM in for you to clone the program into the new PCM because of anti theft issues. On this latest unit we asked to send the old PCM up front before you shipped it so we could get it back to our customer faster. Your staff asured us this would not happen and was not necessary. The unit you sent would not initialize. We called for a shipping label. 10DAYS LATER YOU FINALY SENT US A SHIPPING LABEL! We had called numerous times. My service writer and myself and nothing sped this process up. I have a very upset customer in a rental car at this point. We finally recieved a label last Friday to ship part. Today is Thursday and we still do not have the PCM. Very poor customer service!

The new Computer for my 98 Sonoma is working great. The installation instructions need to be made cleared, especially regarding how to engage the firmware to the vehicle. Other than that No problems to report.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
