When the ECM on my significant other's truck was failing, the use of Flagship's website made it very simple to locate the correct replacement ECM. The process of programming the ECM taken by Flagship was appreciated and aside from having to go through a relearn process following replacement in the truck, we have had zero issues. I was hesitant to use someone new, but you had pretty good reviews, so I felt it would be at least somewhat safe. I ordered my ECM on Saturday. Each step of the way, I was emailed the progress. The unit was promised by the following Friday. 10:30 Friday morning, it showed up on my front porch in Washington State. The next morning, I installed it on my 2005 Silverado. With the instructions provided, I was able program it to the vehicle, security included, without issue. Make sure the battery is fully charged! Based on my experience, I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Order ecm for Nissan Altima using vin # but the one it called for was different. Flagship one had me send my original one to them and they programmed it. They worked hard to solve my problem. Excellent people to deal with.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
