I bought this frame for a painting I painted and sold. This was a new company for me, I thought I'd give it a try. Tge product arrived well packaged and in a timely fashion, but the frame itself is thinner metal than expected. This will not be used, and was a waste of money. I won't be back.
I think your shipping prices are exorbitant, should be half of this amount.

After the distorted styrene was flattened out there was a "misted" area visible from some angles. I was still able to frame the artwork, but the damaged glazing is visible. I didn't have time to replace the styrene before the gallery deadline.

We received the frames in good condition. They were a bit lower quality that what we expected but good value for the price
My photo is long and narrow, so I used the calculator to order the correct frame and mat size. It shipped fast and suited my photos very well. I will be ordering additional frames in the future. Thank you!
