Quick turn around and packed well. I usually get a custom frame for my cross stitch. The frames complement each piece.
Ordered two frames, received one incorrect frame. When I contacted customer service, they immediately sent out the correct replacement frame and let me keep the spare.
Frame USA has given me the opportunity to choose the exact framework for my embroidery projects, pictures and posters. Their variety of colors, matting and material options gives a very personal/custom choice for me to work with. A plus about their services; is the very fair cost of their work.

I reached out to ask a question about my new order. I wish they wouldn't cancel my order without letting me know. Very disappointing. I told the rep not to cancel but they still did? Didnt offer to help the situation either. I am bummed. I followed up over two weeks later to ask when my order would shipped and that is when i found out it was cancelled. This was a disappointing experience overall. Now i have to reach a 100 character limit, lol. I explained the situation. That's all. Better customer experience next time please. Frame was packed well and arrived in good shape. Appreciated the follow up making sure I received the package. It did not come with hardware for hanging.

One of the frames that I purchased has marks on it from the strapping used to bundle the metal frames together. I think it would help to put material between the frames and between the strap and the frame.

I made the mistake of ordering a frame without a mat. Fine. I didn't feel there was a point in returning the order. Instead, I attempted to order a second frame to include a mat. In addition, I realized that I didn't like the styrene or acrylic glazing. I thought I could order a frame without either and then go to a local glass shop and have them put in appropriate glass. FrameUSA did not accommodate the request for a frame without glazing and I ended up not ordering the second frame. Will unfortunately have to look elsewhere.

I called to place my order but the clerk didn't find this frame for me. Upon checking option on your site from my phone, I found it. I had ordered this product from you before and was really satisfied.
We are a local government and as such, we try not to spend much money but want to have nice frames on hand when we create retirement certificates for employees. Your frames are really nice and the quality is fantastic. We get the close out frames and take what you send us but I have never been disappointed in the ones that are sent to us. In fact, sometimes we even get REALLY fancy ones.
The Mat was well done, but I didn't specify how close or far each opening should be.

I take exception wholesale accounts are charged more freight than retail customers. I have a more serious exception to the young man I spoke with about the freight. His manner is close to a deal breaker. If I had not been a good customer for many years and I like the Americana line, I would have cancelled my order.

Somehow you no longer had my tax information for Wholesale. I had to resubmit all my information and that delayed me several days.
If you need custom frames for that pesky non-standard print, this is it. Don't bother with anything else.
