Company Always checks on your delivery and satisfaction! We will continue using this company for framing our artwork. We do our own framing and the frames are always the exact measurements for the glass we cut and the backings we use!

Frame USA has given me the opportunity to choose the exact framework for my embroidery projects, pictures and posters. Their variety of colors, matting and material options gives a very personal/custom choice for me to work with. A plus about their services; is the very fair cost of their work.
I would not go to anyone else.

Placed my order, followed up with a question and order was cancelled with no notification. Hi there,

I reached out to ask a question about my new order. I wish they wouldn't cancel my order without letting me know. Very disappointing. I told the rep not to cancel but they still did? Didnt offer to help the situation either. I am bummed. I followed up over two weeks later to ask when my order would shipped and that is when i found out it was cancelled. This was a disappointing experience overall. Now i have to reach a 100 character limit, lol. I explained the situation. That's all. Better customer experience next time please. I love that I can upload a picture of my artwork on the website and find the perfect frame and mat!
The site is easy to use and the prices are GREAT!

One of the frames that I purchased has marks on it from the strapping used to bundle the metal frames together. I think it would help to put material between the frames and between the strap and the frame.

Experience was good but had issues

I made the mistake of ordering a frame without a mat. Fine. I didn't feel there was a point in returning the order. Instead, I attempted to order a second frame to include a mat. In addition, I realized that I didn't like the styrene or acrylic glazing. I thought I could order a frame without either and then go to a local glass shop and have them put in appropriate glass. FrameUSA did not accommodate the request for a frame without glazing and I ended up not ordering the second frame. Will unfortunately have to look elsewhere.

Nice quality frames

We are a local government and as such, we try not to spend much money but want to have nice frames on hand when we create retirement certificates for employees. Your frames are really nice and the quality is fantastic. We get the close out frames and take what you send us but I have never been disappointed in the ones that are sent to us. In fact, sometimes we even get REALLY fancy ones.

I take exception wholesale accounts are charged more freight than retail customers. I have a more serious exception to the young man I spoke with about the freight. His manner is close to a deal breaker. If I had not been a good customer for many years and I like the Americana line, I would have cancelled my order.
