I never get the date that my items will be shipped. I only got tracking information when I contacted sales to ask for a status of my order and asked if I can get tracking info when it does ship. Status needs to include shipping info and tracking if at all possible. However, I'm happy with the various frames I get:-)

The carrier left the box leaning against my garage door in the rain instead or on my covered front porch. Does anyone have a brain anymore?

When I ordered my frames the site was actually really easy to manage and look through - however the quality of the frames I received were very poor and had structural issues in the jointery- causing the frames to have visible corners and a lot of give to the point I was just not comfortable hanging them up fearing they would fall apart (yes it was that precarious). Fortunately for me I had access to a woodshop where I could make new frames of way better quality and just take the "innards" of the frameusa frames and place them in the new ones I made for the gallery exhibition I was in.

The website was super easy to navigate and the product was shipped with care.

Everything arrived in good shape and they're exactly what I hoped.

This is a very nice site. My only quibble was that the size chart comparing opening and image size was incomplete, meaning I had to design my own because I couldn't find the exact image size that would match the frame dimension. The frames were delivered on the expected time frame and the quality was excellent.
