The wrong SKU was shipped for two of the frame sides. I called support and the correct sides were shipped. The entire experience took a month, way too long. I will be looking for a new supplier for my next purchase.

I like some of the frames from frameUSA. I wish the quality of the barn wood frames were better. I am often stuck because I need custom sizing. The quality of the wood and assembly of the barn wood frames aren't very good. (At least the basic frames. I imagine that the Signature Barn Wood is better). The Farmhouse Frames are pretty darn good and look amazing with my rustic style artwork. And I do recommend them. The customer service department is very good too and have promptly handled any of my concerns.
Overall experience has been good. I picked some less expensive frames and the quality is certainly not as good, but you get what you pay for. I like barnwood frames particularly as they work well with my watercolor art. The rabbit isn't very deep so multiple mats is a problem. However, for art shows they make my art look good and they sell. Thanks.
Prices seem very good. I did order 2 of your closeout premium wood frames even though I didn't see any choice for colors. Hopefully, I will like the colors you send me. I hope the quality is good.
