I experienced a delivery problem with the original order. When I called asking for a copy of the invoice so I could file a claim, Josh surprised me by sending out a duplicate order with no additional charge. I was surprised and very pleased. It's a surefire way to gain repeat customers. He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it.

The frames arrived in a very satisfying time frame. However, during shipment multi-frames were damage. All the frames were damage on the same corner, as though the box had been drop on the edge and damaged all the frames in that area. I think it was the way the frame are packed and more likely how the shipper handle the boxes.
Frames were replace in very short time. Thank for all the help.

My acid free mats were perfect. The frames not so much. The miter's were slopping and I had to touch up the "wood" frame, and put putty in the white frame.
Website was easy to use, delivery required me to contact the company because the shipping link was not working, but received prompt reply and the frame arrived as stated.
Basic products that do the job. Ones that arrived intact worked well. 5 out of 20 frames arrived broken.

I needed a large custom-size frame but couldn't spend a ton of money. The frame I got from frame USA was exactly what I was looking for and reasonably priced. Getting a matte with the frame was an added bonus!
Quality was not up to par with what I expected. The frame feels shabby like it will fall apart. I tried to use it but the plastic plane that is in the frame is so frosted that I can't see the picture behind it. I expected something that would be at the very least as good of quality as walmart frames. I have to cut my picture back board down and purchase a different frame from Walmart.

In regards to the plastic plane, All of our styrene ships with a protective coating on both sides in order to prevent scratches during transit. Once you remove that it will be clear and you will be able to see your image. This is a good company that has frames in hard to dig d sizes. They are lively and sturdy frames. I have used this site several times
Your website is easy to use. The frame I got is a bit wobbly, and the opening is slightly larger than 24x36.
Can't complain because of the price point but I had to sand some corners and touch up paint where light was showing through the black frames on the corners. Can't use two of them because of nicks in a corner that I can't fix. Just not good enough for a professional frame.
