I placed an order weeks ago that was supposed to be here 1/26 leaving them approximately 2 weeks for delivery, that's fine... just checked on the order and the only thing that has processed so far is them taking the money. Ridiculous! Please don't take orders you have no intention on filling. Your wasting my time and that's something a lot of business owners just don't have. Thank you

I was disappointed with my experience with this company. If ordering within the U.S., be aware that you may be billed separately by FedEx for "duty tax". This additional charge came as a surprise and was never disclosed during the ordering process or at checkout.
In addition, the overall product quality did not meet expectations. The printing lacked clarity and consistency, and the fabric used for the table runner felt subpar for the price point.

UPDATE: Dec 4th still waiting for the item. There is no customer service they keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours for a response from a different team. I have already confired with FED EX the item is lost. The comapny refuses to refund me or send a new order. I would steer clear of this crappy company. NOT WORTH THE LITTLE MONEY YOU WILL SAVE. Oh and lets not forget they will not tell you, your item will ship from India, not even in the USA.
Paid over $26 for priority shipping and it's now over two weeks and I still don't have my package. Tried to get help from customer service and they claim they just need to submit a ticket. Can never get a response on the tickets. Terrible company

This was a nightmare.! There was so much additional stress in my life because I selected them as a vendor.
It was a couple of weeks of the design department not listening, not following instructions. Staff telling me lie after lie... It was awful. They would promise "I personally will get these designs fixed. They will be fixed in the next two hours." 10 hours later I get a notice that they received the emails I sent with the new files and they will be addressing them in the next 10-18 hours. Ugh!
It seems like they dump your files in an AI and the AI creates a completed file. It does a poor job. It recreated a logo, which did not need recreating as it was printable as sent. They left off words in the logo..." Leaving the logo unintelligible. This was one hot mess after another.

I did finally get my banners at the last minute and I had to pay for an upgrade for next day delivery when they had the order for a couple of weeks but could not follow simple instructions. I will never use them again.

I don't know where the hang up was but the product arrived late… more than the buffer that was given. I missed presenting them to my clients at their ceremony so no one was happy with this. If you give yourself a larger shipping buffer like an additional week then you might be fine… but for the time and cost, maybe stick to a local vendor.

Seems like a good flag/banner. We will display this in our customer's shop. Please update the description to describe the fabric see see-through and thin. I advise ppl to make sure you understand how your logo will display. Customer svc was helpful.

Since 2020, customer service has fallen even below the lowered standards we were all forced to endure. My experience with BANNER BUZZ was flawless. Their model is efficient, accurate, user friendly, representatives exceptional at each point of interaction, and delivery was faster than promised. The quality is exactly that if not better of local banners previously purchased - with not nearly the ease of transaction this was. I could not be more satisfied. Beyond disappointed with my wrapping paper order. It took nearly a month to receive. My delivery date changed three times. The package finally arrived damaged. The package was torn open on most of the sides. The box was flimsy and the wrapping paper wasn't protected inside. Sheets came bent and wrinkled. Also, the print was dull. And it's not really wrapping paper; feels like large sheets of regular printer paper.
I contacted customer service and I have to go through 250 sheets one by one and somehow video the impacted sheets. Further disappointment and inconvenience.

The sent the wrong size (11X8.5 instead of 8.5X11) then wanted a written explanation as to why we waited 3 days to open it (we were attending an onsite event and didn't have time to open and ensure the accuracy of every little thing), couldn't use them at the event. Asked for a refund and was told I would need to provide a photo of all three with measuring tape to prove the wrong size 😆 Never again, Banner buzz.

The original design/ ordering process was very detailed and gave excellent feedback and recommendations when our original design wasn't satisfactory, which allowed us to redesign it before printing. Reordering another banner was even better as our original design was saved in our account. Shipping was also fast both times

I was initially impressed by the feedback given as to how the final product would look, allowing me to make adjustments to get a quality product. Then the banner was received 3 days earlier than forecast. The fabric & print quality were excellent. I would definitely use this company again
We had a student contest for the first time ever. Students designed a school flag, and our Student Council voted on their favorite design. We ordered one for our flag pole in front of the school, and one for our MPR.

Ordering was quick and easy, and the promotions really saved our school money!
On the smaller banner I ordered, it didn't matter what resolution I sent it in or how many proofs I requested, there was always some sort of AI generated extension of the image. I ended up placing the order out of frustration and cutting it off when it was in my hands. You can see this cut along the bottom of the banner and some of the extension on the top where the stars start to drag. My request for the grommets to still be there but no middle grommet along the long side was ignored. The overall print quality is good but the pink is particularly pale and this was not anticipated nor was it reflected in the proof. It works for what it is but I'm overall disappointed in my experience, especially trying to reach a live human instead of some useless chat bot or auto-response email system.

Grommets are placed according to banner size, generally on all four corners, and slight color variations may occur due to screen settings. Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
