I designed and purchased a flag for a local sports team. I gave them the option of high-quality that but would take a couple weeks from another company, or low-quality that would take a few days. They chose the faster option, BannerBuzz. The flag tore through its grommets within two days of being hung up. From now on, we'll go with higher quality from another company, and just plan ahead for the longer lead time.

Fast shipping and the image on the banner looks good, but the quality of the stand and the material used for the banner feels cheap and we all agreed that we would be lucky if it lasted beyond 3-4 uses. Our company would have paid more for a better quality product

The product was amazing when I received it, I am very happy with the quality of the product. However, I paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed it quickly, and I just never heard anything for three weeks. Finally, I emailed to inquire, and they said there was a technical issue and they would ship it out that day. I am glad that I emailed, but apparently, I should have done it much sooner. I am afraid that if I never reached out, I just would have never received my product. I also asked to receive my expedited shipping money back and have not heard anything.

Below in the reply they are saying they have initiated a refund! This is far from the truth. They keep saying someone will reach out to approve my refund! As in the pics! 3:06pm central time When I arrived to the location in Suwannee, GA, my banner was irresponsibly placed into another customers hands, or not even made when I arrived. They showed a screen with order numbers and mines was not even up there t then they told me it was mistakenly given away. When it was not even ready. I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to come and tell me this and then another 45 minutes for them to replace. I asked for a refund he said he would do it and give me my banner for my time. I am a graphic designer. I contacted 4 companies to ask about their ability to reproduce my client's intricate logo design on a table runner. BannerBuzz is the only one that responded promptly and the only one to give a detailed explanation of how they would fulfill my client's needs. That alone would have marked BannerBuzz as the company to use, but BannerBuzz also provided the lowest price. I created image full scale, received message saying image wasn't good, but showing each side it was good on one the distorted on the other, i questioned how this could be but received no response other than repeating same original email. Figured I would cross my fingers and hope they figured it out but never received banner, will not use in future and will warn others away

From the beginning, my order was not proofed properly as it was ordered. In contacting support, I spoke to many different agents and was passed through many departments over a series of days. They never coordinated their conversations or my concerns, leaving my project continually delayed. I received so many calls it was frustrating. After clearly spelling out my order in an email, I continued to receive incorrect information in other emails and phone calls. Finally I canceled my order and asked for the company to stop contacting me. Their lack of internal communication however led to them continuing to contact me despite clearly spelling out my wishes. I ended up ordering from a local company and received my order with one email within a matter of days. I will never order from this company again.

It was a good website, the only thing they should do is have flag poles in their website, I was wanting a flag pole that could extend and would be a great addition to the experience.

I called to ask questions and get some help. I'm opening a Pilates Studio and was looking for an assortment of custom stickers for the door, mirror and equipment and the guy... listened for maybe 20 seconds and hung up. He said his name was Lewn (SP?) Very rude. Would have loved to have someone who was helpful and could give clear direction. I'm sure this is not what Banner Buzz wants.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
