The banner that they sent was for a completely different company and was not the item that was ordered. They had NO resolution for the issue and gave me a longer leadtime than the first time I ordered it. They were very unhelpful, unprofessional, and had nobody domestically to help with the issue. I will not be using Banner Buzz again.
I've used this company twice, once for yard signs and once for booklets. They have competitive pricing and high quality. The shipping logistics are great also, you may have to wait a little while (up to 2 weeks) or of course you can pay for expedited shipping. In other words, you get what you pay for when it comes to shipping. I will definitely be using this company again and have already recommending them to a friend.

Very poor experience. Products didn't come on time after paying for express shipping and then when told I would receive a refund, also didn't happen as told. Frustrating to pay for services that aren't received and then be told they would make things right with a refund and also didn't happen.

After my order been in hold in custom for approximately 10 days, they had me call and submit tickets to apparently have their team help accelerate the release process, it never happened. I told them to reprint and send overnight to my shop but never happened. These items were for a convention that never arrived on time to satisfy my customer. I lost that customer. Horrible customer service and support. I know it my fault because I ordered from them and I did not know this company was out of USA, but next time I will go local for a better service. Thanks

I have Used BannerBuzz multiple times. But when there was a problem getting my product and i called customer service, they refused to even start a ticket or address the problem for over a week. By the time they said they would look into it, my event was past and it was ruined. Since i never received my product, they offered a refund. I had to ask for that refund 3 times and when it came, they only refunded 75% of what i paid. I understand that problems happen, but this is the absolute worst experience i have ever had dealing with customer service. It is very obvious that their goal is to drag it out so that the customer gives up. Then we they finally decide to offer a solution, They will make sure they do not make the customer whole for the problem. My suggestion is to use BannerBuzz with the attitude of buyer beware. I have been a long time business owner that has had dozens of vendors over the years. This is the worst i have had when they have made a mistake.

It was fast and did what was needed but the frame was flimsy and i don't think i'll be able to use the banner stand more than twice.

Banner is mediocre. More frustrating is that I paid for expedited shipping which is all they are willing to refund to me after the banner arrived Monday, 10 days after it was scheduled. No apology. Just poor service. Too many banner companies on line to waste your time with this company.

A problem with the online design program. When I clicked on some of the tall background choices, the screen went black and then reset, so I had to restart the design process. Thuis happened three times and I lost all the design work I had done to that point. I only saw the "save" button after the glitches.
Never shipped my item but claimed they did. Paid for 1 day shipping and said if I wanted a replacement (for an item I never got" it would take 8 days

Have ordered many in the past, 2 of the 4 had issues, was asked to take videos, pictures, pictures of packaging I had already thrown away, etc... Just to get a warranty on 2 defective ones like I was trying to steal them or soemthing. I had already sent pictures and was asked for a whole bunch more crap. Have liked the products in the past, but if customer service doesn't include replacing two defective ones without a $#*!ing hassle, I will be getting them elsewhere next time.

I was disappointed that the backpack banner we ordered was not the same color or size as the last one we ordered. We ordered the same flag--we just changed some of the text. It is a different shade of blue and the flag, although the same shape, is smaller than the first flag. The fabric is very low quality and extremely transparent. Regardless of the mesh openings for wind to pass through, it is still too transparent and unusable. I have expressed my dissatisfaction, but Banner Buzz has refused to issue a refund or address the issue.

Went with same day printer for a small price more. Never will purchase from BannerBuzz every again. Paid for priority shipping. But they don't tell you they don't pay for Saturday delivery. Heaven help you if you need it by Friday and it's not delivered when it's promised.

If I could give zero stars I would... worst customer experience ever. Ordered a banner a month ahead of schedule. They outsourced and it got caught in customs on the way back in. I had no branding for my event.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
