I ordered a flag for an event, paid for expedited shipping to ensure I would have it on time. It arrived several days after my event. This ended up being a waste of time and money.
I had reched out to them multiple times in order to try and get help when I saw that the shipping might be an issue. I wanted their help with the shipper (I had tried toconnect the shipper as well without any luck). All I received in return were stock answers without any action to try and resolve the issue.
The flag itself was good quality. It would have worked well for my event. Unfortunately, it was a one time event and having it arrive late did me no good.

Contacted multiple times when banner shipment did not arrive on date provided. Tracking showed the package had not left India on the date we were told it would be received. Was told to wait 24 hours. Waited 24 hours and contacted again after package was then shown to be in Europe. Told to wait another 24 hours. Our tradeshow shipment of display items had left at this point. Called again the following day, told they would investigate and contact me within 2 hours. Never received a call back. A week later I got a follow up email from your team saying they investigated and the package had shown up and they hoped it was ok. No callback. Tradeshow was in a different state than where they were shipped to and obviously unusable at the time of delivery. Terrible communication, banners are useless now and time and money were completely wasted.

I accidentaly ordered the wrong dimensions (too tall) for the artwork I uploaded and BannerBuzz notified me that the image would be stretched. I explained the error and they immediately switched the product to the correct dimensions and issued me a refund for the difference. The banner looks great and is of excellent quality! They said it might look fuzzy up close due to the image quality of the artwork I uploaded but I got it and it looks fantastic from any distance! Thanks BannerBuzz!

I called so many times and exchanged emails. The issue still isn't resolved. And customer service has just ghosted me now - they stopped responding even though I've called and emailed. This was really a nightmare. Would never use again.

I ordered several protest banners and some yard signs for No Kings Day and the upcoming elections. I actually didn't order them soon enough for the October 18 protest march, but I currently rotate them to show in my home windows and in the front yard. I will use them during future protests. They are well made, look great, and nice quality. BannerBuzz had a lot of different messages to choose from and a variety of sizes. I will go to them again if I need a banner.

We ran into a few problems when it came to communicating effectively with the design team for one of our projects. It resulted in a misprint that was unusable. I ordered with a week to ship. We had an issue with the layout of the folded flyer. I should have canceled and just ordered again. We fixed the issue (which took too long), then shipped with flyers estimated to arrive Thursday. For some reason they changed the estimated arrival date to Friday (not great, but fine as I didnt need them until Saturday). The flyers did not arrive until monday and I missed my deadline. Great quality, good price, Very frusterating experience and ultimatley a waste as I missed my event.

I tried placing an order and the web site glitched. I placed a different order that went through. I was charged for the glitch order and my correct order. Banner buzz did not help refund my credit card for the glitch order. I had to dispute the charge via my bank.

Each year I order a step-n-repeat banner for an awards gala and BannerBuzz is my GO TO SOURCE! I upload my graphic... their team tweaks it to make it perfect and viola, a week later I have a perfect banner!

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
