I've ordered before and had great experience. Went to just do a re-order of the same item but different graphic and BOMB! Didn't receive my backdrop until after my event. So my investment sits in the box until next year when I can use it. They say it's because my artwork wasn't approved, but I actually did approve it on the phone and by email.

I am pleased with all aspects of the ordering process. The website is easy to use and order multiple customized flags that I ordered. The price is excellent. The quality is very good. They said they would be shipped by January 2nd, which was fast, but they arrived on December 24th, 9 days ahead of schedule! Will continue to order from BannerBuzz.

I sent two separate messages informing BannerBuzz that I needed an additional yard sign created from one of the images I uploaded. This was done when I approved the order before anything had been made. I sent a third message the day after the order was approved. All of my messages were ignored and I was told they couldn't do anything about it.

I will never use this company again. You should FIRE all of your customer service reps if they all are trained like the one, I had the disservice of dealing with. My product wasn't spaced as the draft showed upon approval. Customer service sucks

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
