It took forever to get the correct edits even with multiple communication on the phone and email to get the product as requested. Then when I did receive the product, I was greatly disappointed with the material used that does not match the requested design. I would not use them!
From the moment I placed my order to the second my order arrived, I had been informed every step of the way; of what they needed from me and or answering my questions. The people on the other end of the chat window & emails made things easy and provided help along the way, allowing things to run smoothly and to ensure that something that could have taken a week or two only took days.

I was shocked how quickly the banner arrived, and was very happy with the quality!
Printing of our logo on a 4x6' banner was excellent. It was a good choice to select the top and bottom pockets for our frame, so our banner doesn't sag.
Customer service could be better in responding quickly, as the auto-response says. It took more than a week for our tax-exempt status to be approved.

I used Banner Buzz 6 different times for vehicle banners over the span of 2 years and they've been decent...
The site is a little misleading when it comes to vinyl letters, there's multiple different products varying slightly that serve a similar purpose and it gets confusing trying to find the right product sometimes.
My most recent experience was kind of off putting. I ordered vinyl lettering for my car i wanted it physically 36 inches wide by 14 inches tall to fit the window with purpose. I got the banner in the mail and it measured 29 inches wide by 14 inches tall. I never got any confirmation on any sizing discrepancies and they claimed that it wasn't their fault that the sizing was incorrect. The site should have an artwork build kiosk that measures out the appropriate product size and price if this is a common problem. I don't want to gamble on sizing, wait weeks for the order just to find out it's incorrect.
Also part of my order was torn up during production and they pieced the letters back together on the transfer paper hoping I wouldn't notice. They offered a free replacement on that one which I was thankful for but just QC your orders when you receive them...

Gave you a benefit of the doubt that it was just delayed but you made it worse by texting me it's been delivered though it's really not. Ive been waiting all day from yesterday and keep checking my mail box and front door but no item has ever been delivered.

It was so easy to order 2 very large decals. I was sent the art work right away. And the finished product was made. The item was said to arrived. I didn't see it so I called customer service. Before that I didn't know it was a British Company. Customer service was so nice. She gave me the tracking number. I looked it up and sure enough the order was packed very well in a tube leaning against our front door. It was pricey but the results were worth it.

I've never used BannerBuzz before, but the website got great reviews so I gave it a whirl. I wanted a banner for my daughter's softball team and added a photo to the design which was quick and easy! I also liked how someone got in touch with me to look over the proof before it went to printing. I'm so glad they did because I had the sizing wrong - going vertically instead of horizontally - so we were able to fix that no problem! Super pleased with the end result, and will definitely order from here again!

Designer on their end didn't tell me an image would not show up and the whole print ended up not what it was supposed to look like. A designer from a company should know and tell you if something will not show up for you. The company would not fix it.

BannerBuzz makes it easy for our non-profit organization to create quality marketing materials at a fraction of the cost of our local printers. Very responsive once I have my design out to them in getting it back to me for final review and/or making changes. Shipping is always spot on too and when you pay for something to be expedited, it arrives on time (and usually a little early).

Don't be fooled by the low price! I was. This is a cautionary tale: I found Banner Buzz when I was price shopping for a sign, as sidewalk signs (or any sign for that matter) can be pretty expensive when you want multiples. Anyway, their price was less than half of their competitors, but their description wasn't very clear. I called BEFORE I placed my order to ensure that the "double-sided printing option" was indeed printing on both sides of the sign panel. I was assured it was and placed the order. When I got the order it was single-sided. I have called more than 20 times, opened multiple tickets, and have sent dozens and dozens of emails. Despite the clear documentation from them that said "double-sided printing option", their only reply is "we've reviewed your order and can confirm that it was executed according to order instructions". Well, it wasn't and this has unfortunately turned into a NIGHTMARE and I would easily categorize this as the WORST EXPERIENCE in my life.
By the way, I called the competition that was more expensive (4imprints USA) and WHAT A JOY! They have gone out of their way to print something that IS NOT in their catalog that will work as a replacement for the bad product from this company.

I have shopped for banners before and have had great products produced. Disappointments that this banner had wrinkles in it and was forced to use it for my event.

I placed an order weeks ago that was supposed to be here 1/26 leaving them approximately 2 weeks for delivery, that's fine... just checked on the order and the only thing that has processed so far is them taking the money. Ridiculous! Please don't take orders you have no intention on filling. Your wasting my time and that's something a lot of business owners just don't have. Thank you

I was disappointed with my experience with this company. If ordering within the U.S., be aware that you may be billed separately by FedEx for "duty tax". This additional charge came as a surprise and was never disclosed during the ordering process or at checkout.
In addition, the overall product quality did not meet expectations. The printing lacked clarity and consistency, and the fabric used for the table runner felt subpar for the price point.
Greater transparency regarding shipping charges and improvements in material and print quality would significantly enhance the customer experience.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
