Company listed in Georgia and item came from India. They made mistakes on my proof, i asked for one change and they made a different chance twice including things no longer being straight that were in the original proof and then the next time there was two different logos overlaid. After these were fixed they then sent another proof that showed squares that had not originally been there. The design team told me they made the mistake. We discussed that if it wasn't going to make it to me in time I didn't need it. After the proof was approved i was told it would make it for December 9th and i should not worry because I paid for priority shipping. I called on the 9th as i could tell via tracking that it would not arrive and their excuse was 89% on the day they said and 11% chance for the next day. I called back on December 10th and they said the day wasn't over. They cant do anything until the 11th. Despite the banner being halfway across the country at 4:30pm they still couldn't do anything. Now I'm leaving for my event that starts at 1pm without a banner that is expected to be delivered between 5pm and 7pm tonight and they wont do anything except tell me to refuse the delivery and then call back (no one will be home to refuse it). STAY AWAY
