I paid 2-day delivery to get it on Friday and stiill, didn´t get it on time. It got delayed in production despite I called specifically to make sure it was on time. I had to call again on Saturday morning to make sure it was produced. It was served on a Monday. I had to find a different provider to produce it locally as it didn´t arrive on time for our event.

I have not received my flag and have contacted you about the response from Fedex that you must file with them about a lost product... it's been more then a month and still no flag or refund...

We've used BannerBuzz for almost 10 years and have always enjoyed services. This last order was drastically different. The communication barrier with the Indian based call center was detrimental to the production process. It dragged things out for days and ultimate our order worth hundreds of dollars arrived the day after our event. It's unfortunate, but we are now seeking alternative vendors to use.

This is my second banner I've had done here and it was perfect! The client was very happy. I thought it was odd that it was being sent from India, though. One reason I initially used this company was because it was based in the US. The shipping time was fine, though... amazingly. I assume that's how they keep the prices low.

Ordered one product, was told I should switch to another and then it came as not what I wanted. I reached out to see if they would make it right and was told I approved the switch to this product (I did, but without realizing it was different). So beware if you decide to order that they will not make it right if it arrives different than you intended. I took my business elsewhere

Stunned with the quality for the money. All 6 are excellent. The largest format one I got was a 3x30 for a festival stage. They all came out great. Fast approval. Fast shipping. Highly recommend. I will be back to banner buzz! Emails were prompt. When they had issues with resolution I was immediately notified and the issue was immediately fixed. Excellent customer service.

I really love the quality and work provided by BannerBuzz. My only issue it the arrival time does not match to the actual time. So if you are buying it for a special event or presentation I would recommend ordering at least 1-2 months ahead of your event.

It's crunch time. The numerous clients are late getting graphics to you. The person responsible for requesting, reviewing and submitting the graphics- was the wrong person. The graphics are horrible. The deadline was yesterday. Overnight you recreate graphics; modify existing graphics and upscale (praying) you get something useful. Approval from leadership same night (Monday); then submit to BannerBuzz. On Friday of THE SAME WEEK, by international courier, a step and repeat 10'x8' background is received. You hold your breath and open the box, you unfold and hang the background. The tears well up in your eyes. The effort paid off. Results? YOU ARE BLOWN AWAY AND SO IS THE CLIENT! Answer: It is an absolute scam. Please avoid at all cost. I had a horrible experience and got scammed for £200

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
