Easy to design, and the staff are very helpful if you get it wrong. If the photos etc. aren't large enough for the banner you designed, they will enlarge them for you.
So disappointed with this service. I went for the design option and it is truly awful. The wind hole is in the middle of my logo, the file name is printed at the bottom, and the whole experience has been very slow too.

The design process was reasonably easy and they checked the quality of images. One thing to be aware of, this was air freighted into Stanstead so it is not actually made in the UK, however, it was delivered on the day specified so it was not delayed.

Paid extra for express delivery the item was supposed to arrive by the 13th October, it finally arrived on the 27th. To be fair the product is quite good but you need to allow a long delivery time as it will be arriving from India. Which i wasn't aware of.

For the amount of choice, the free help with adjusting the quality (to be excellent), the speed of production and delivery, I cannot fault this company. I was also able to get a good discount which made the price amazing too. The only issue for me, was that with not being computer literate, I did need a little help with 'making' the poster.

Arrived with edges damaged or bent on the film meaning it wont stick to glass propery on edges. The design in the middle wrapped with masking tape meant when pealing away it would damage, stretch and remove the logo design from the glass

I've had many vinyl banners produced and they contain fond memories of dogs, sporting occasions and RAF experiences. They are mounted outside in my sanctuary down the field where I can sit, reflect and remember. Priceless!

Company is in India, chose express delivery and paid ridiculous amount for it to not be that express as didnt realise it was coming from India. Products looked ok, but when applied to window it was very obvious that there were scratches in the frosting which made them look awful when applied to the window so had to remove. Complete waste ot time and money

Real hassle with delivery company. They kept trying to delivery while giving no notice, thus it was impossible to make arrangments, meaning I didn't get the products till 4 days after I was supposed to.
