I was sent a sticker instead of a decal and because I wasn't toldi damaged it during installation. The backing paper wasn't backing paper but part of the sticker. Will not use this service again instead I will use vista print. Faster delivery and better service. To your email and comment, i thank you for your offer and trying to help but as I said please delete my account and I will use a different service provider.

While the website and purchasing process seemed was quite straightforward, and communication with the team was also, I paid extra for expedited shipping - it came up to quite a high bill - only to have several packges arrive up to SIX days after the promised delivery date. And when I called to complain, I was told that there was a 10% chance that the packages would arrive late. Frankly, I don't believe that they ever intended to shup everything on time - several packages were shipped AFTER the promised DELIVERY DATE.

I needed some banners to attach to a fancy dress costume for the London Marathon and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. They turned out clearer than expected. I really appreciate the person who adjusted a bit of wording into a curved shape. It makes it look far better than my effort.

The banner design and delivery were prompt and exactly as expected. Unfortunately, the banner was damaged in transit, which was disappointing. That being said, the customer service team handled the issue brilliantly—offering a refund quickly and without hassle. Their support was 10/10, and for this reason, I would definitely use them again.

I made an order with BannerBuzz on 17/08/25 and on Friday 22/08/25 at 9.05am, I received an email stating it had been shipped and my estimated date for delivery was Wednesday 27/08/25. Yesterday, I logged in to see if there was a delivery window to see my parcel had apparently been delivered the day before but it hadn't as it wasn't at my home and we hadn't had anyone try to deliver. I went on to UPS' website to get further information and the photo of proof of delivery showed a grey door, with orange bricks and pink flowers to the right of it. My front door is white with brown bricks and I have a plants outside. None of my neighbours have the Greg door and it's a completely different colour to my neighbouring buildings. I do not know where UPS have delivered my parcel to. I called BB and I was told I had to raise this as a query online because she couldn't help me - defeats the object of a helpline really. I log the request as instructed and I am told I would get a reply within 24hrs - guess what, I don't. I only recieved a reply at 5.50pm from Glen. Glen clearly doesn't care about customer service as he has inaccuracies in his email. Apparently Fed-ex can cause delays and don't operate on the weekends. Good to know but the delivery company was UPS and today is Thursday. Furthermore, he said that UPS say it's delivered so nothing he can do. Yes Glen, it was delivered but not to me. Not to my house. Not my front door. I clearly do not trust this company and I highly advise people to avoid and use a different company. I have replied to Glen asking for a refund but I have also been in touch with my bank who say if BB don't give me a refund, they will do it instead because they can clearly see that it's not been delivered to the right address unlike Glen at BB.

I paid extra for express delivery because I needed the banner for an event, but unfortunately it didn't arrive in time. Customer service explained that delivery is not 100% guaranteed, which was very frustrating. As for the print quality, it wasn't as sharp as I expected — the colours looked a bit blurred up close. This might have been due to the file I submitted, but I feel the company should have flagged this before going ahead with printing as part of their quality control. On the positive side, the price of the banner (excluding the express service) is cheaper compared to other companies in the UK. Overall though, I was left disappointed.
