I ordered ultra premium vinyl and it definitely looks and feels that way. The band logo I submitted is large and clear, no bleeding, sharp edges. Delivery time was good too especially as it appeared to be shipped form India. Will deffo use again
Your google advert says use FIRSTORDER code for 20% off plus free delivery. This enticed me in. Now delivery is minimum £10 bit miffed but continued anyway.

The process to output is dreadful with timeline to delivery constantly change. Each time you query sometimes no reply the it's a completely different person, the chat facility is ok but agreed plan go nowhere. Then we have the telephone support. Dont even go there, from screaming babies on their line to being kept on hold for almost quarter of an hour, being transferred for about the same duration without any success it's completely hopeless. Service is not in the UK

What's annoying with this company is so far I've had great value for money on the 6 banners over ordered.
They are truly let down by piss poor customer services and an even worse rewards t+c policy. "Earn points but need to spend them within a month" For part time users cannot possibly do this and lose out on earned points. A lot of which is gained from data entry in your accounts. The customer services people just give scripted statements and don't actually try to deal with anything

Very poor delivery service. Delivery came late a week later after paying for express service.

Excellent product by buzz banners. I requested for the quality to be checked before print as it was a lower resolution image. This was done quickly and a preview of the quality of what the pixilation would be like was sent to me via email.

Ask for high tac vinyl, doesn't look sticky enough for my use. Also asked for two stickers and two stencil for spraying. Did not receive this and only received four stickers. Also all the communication in the website indicated the items and company were uk based only to find the high postage cost was because the item came from India. Not impressed and a waste of my money.
