We paid an extra £15 for the banner to be delivered on Wednesday, as we had a show on Saturday that required the banner. It arrived on Friday at 3 pm. Would like a refund for this. I'm happy with how the banner turned out, but not with the delivery. I phoned you on Wednesday to be told the banner was in Delhi, India. If I had known the banner was made there, I wouldn't have gone with you, as I needed this urgently.
