It'll be almost a month since my initial order. Good at communicating basic information, but when it comes to the important stuff, so, so frustrating. Just getting (the simplest) designs organised was horrendous and I missed my deadline. Poor all round to be honest

Ordered 5 banners and paid £80 for delivery for the 18th July (Today) Got a text saying they would be delviered today. Today comes and I check the tracking and my parcel is still in Inida and these were all for a fucntion tomorrow. All i get is 89% of our orders are delivered on time but when you look at trust pilot, seems im not on my own. And I know I am, but funny how all the recent 5 stars are from new sign ups on this site. Veena says cant find my order? Ive been on Live Chat nearly all day in my own name. The order number is UK************** Now say you cant find it

An easy to order quality product.
My art work was a little hazy but that was entirely my fault, it was shown and pointed out to me prior to printing, I was happy for them to go ahead and I am very happy with the finished banner. The customer support was excellent throughout the ordering process.
