I paid £100 for an express delivery but it was 3 days late. We even had to go to collect the package from the local Fedex Office.
After ordering, the email they sent asking for clarification didn't open a page, nor was it clear shat they had done to my design, nor could I even see the whole thing, and then they didn't answer my follow up email in time for my banner to be printed. The result was I didn't get my banner in time for the event. So not only a waste of money and time, but led to me not being able to advertise myself as required. Utterly appalling service.

Printing imperfection on black area, the quality like a home ink jet printer which we didn't expect for a commerical print. We have discard the magnetic sign.

Ordered my sign which arrived quickly and very well packaged. I was kept updated regularly regarding delivery arrangements etc and when the sign arrived it was even better than I'd expected and absolutely perfect for my project.

Banner was ordered 'guaranteed' for Tuesday. That then got changed to Wednesday, then Thursday. Call Banner Buzz and was told there's only an '89% change' of a guaranteed delivery arriving on the actual date. Also, the tracking info received via email was incorrect - stated FedEx, number didn't work. They actually use UPS. Found this out by mistake during a second phone call the day before the event (3-4 days after supposed delivery) when the agent referred to UPS. Once I could use the tracking info with the correct courier, I found my banner had been at Delhi airport for at least 24 hours. Banner arrived 2 days after the event and 6 after the initial 'guaranteed' delivery date. Worth noting that despite using 'UK' in the name, all production, manufacturing and customer service is based in India. If you have issues like I did, they're not based in the UK, so getting a resolution is very difficult because their production is actually in India.

Took almost a week to respond to complaint, then immediately closed complaint as I got local sign shop to fix it, no concerns just blamed me for ordering incorrectly. What's the point of a window decal if it can't be seen...

In your case, the order was placed without selecting the white ink option. As a result, the artwork was printed as translucent on the clear decal. This detail was also noted in the designer's comments when the artwork proof was sent to you, and the order was processed based on the approval of that proof.
