Too many chefs nuts otherwise amazing

This team did an amazing job however the one negative was that you communicate through their site and the system made me double all the communication. In the end it was probably more me than them. I would however recommend them to ANYONE. The product was perfection.

Disappointed with important return address labels

It was nice to be able to personalize, but I wish the shipping of the product were faster. I also wish I could have seen a preview of the actual label I designed before I submitted the order. The label was far smaller than I expected, so the image on the label needs a magnifying glass to be able to see it. I'm not sure how it happened, but the background on the address portion was a deep red rose. The font of the address was white, but needed to be bolder and larger to be seen. Labels did not arrive on time and these were being placed on thank you notes for condolences for my mother's funeral.

This company is 100% in India and pretending to be a US company. They have attempted fraud on my order twice, and I will not be trying them again. I selected the option for NO PROOF needed so my order wouldn't be delayed. They then proofed it anyway causing a 4 day delay. To alleviate the delay and get my printed banners before our Grand Opening, I was forced to pay almost $300 for overnight shipping. Then they shipped the banners folded up into small rectangles, causing crease lines which resulted in the printing being torn away and damaged along with the fabric being abrased and ruined. This happened on all (6) double-sided banners. I was forced to pay the local print shop nearly double to replicate this order in rush timing to get it on time. When I tried to resolve it with BannerBuzz, I uploaded 8 photos of the damage. They asked me to upload a video "showing all the banners together" which I did. I was told it would be resolved in 4 hours or less... However 2 days later they said I would receive a small discount for the trouble, other than that there would be no resolution. The scammed me with my turnaround time, then scammed me with a proof, then lied about timelines, the reasons it was damaged and when they couldn't get the shipper to pay for their mistake, they again put it back on me. But I refuse to pay for damaged printed items, that are unusable, I refuse to be scammed repeatedly and I refuse to let them keep doing it over and over. This is America and we have standards and protections against these types of predators. If you would like audio recordings of these interactions or to seem email correspondence or what I uploaded to their site to resolve them, then message me and I will be glad to show you everything they are doing to de-fraud people and get away with crappy quality items, they expect people to just accept. I've attached pctures of the 6 damaged banners that cost me $1,200 and cannot be turned over to my customer, as they would never pay me for damaged banners that have been folded up and now have tears everywhere. This company has ZERO customer service. What a joke. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!

We understand that you did not select the proof request option, but our team sent you the proof as the orientation of the artwork was not in proportion to the order size. Also, the provided artwork text looks traced. Our team needed to change the orientation and notified you of this within a few hours of the order placement so you can check the artwork proof and get an idea about the same. However, we have not received any updates from you for very long. Due to that delivery date got changed.

Moreover, we take pride in providing world-class products and perform a quality check on all products before they are shipped to ensure they are defect-free. We also strive to provide secure packaging to prevent any damage during transit. However, upon checking the order details, we can certainly understand your concern, and this is not the ideal experience we want our customers to have at Bannerbuzz. Didn't get it on time! Paid Extra

I ordered and approved my design in a time sensitive manner. I called to follow up, and paid
Extra to have the banner shipped to arrive before my event- it did not! I called and spoke to customer service who told me to wait until I received the late banner and call back and they would adjust the shipping for me- they refused to do so when I called after receiving the banner 3 days later than promised. The banner is lovely and of good quality, but don't expect them to hold up their end of the bargain if there is an issue!

Super Frustrated

I ordered four different designs, but there was an issue on their end receiving all four high quality images. 3 we're great. They kept losing the fourth. We spent a few weeks going back and forth—I sent the fourth image several times. In the end, I told them to just send me the three designs but they would need to rush the shipping because my event was approaching rapidly. They wanted to charge me additional money for priority shipping. Really?!?! The problem was on their end and they weren't willing to budge on the $35 shipping. Knowing I would only receive a partial order and I'd be paying even more for it, I opted to cancel. They were happy to cancel and lose the profit from the sale rather than eat the $35 for their mistakes. Their profit margins must be small. Anyway, I didn't get anything I'd spent weeks working on with them. Suggestion: keep your orders super simple or maybe use someone else.

UPDATE 11/3/23 I am editing my review from a 1 to 3 because after my husband reached out they replaced the missing order with a similar product. But I still feel that they should be up front with where their products are being shipped from. Below was my experience.
I needed to reach out to someone regarding this order. You represent your company as being in the United States (see below). I placed an order on 10/19/23 and paid priority pricing to receive our product by 10/24/23 and when asking your customer service rep on chat "DIVA" they proceeded to tell me that is only 89% of the time that it will arrive on the date you specified. REALLY? This product came from INDIA not GA, and has no tracking information online, just says "ON THE WAY!" I had to literally ask 3x before "DIVA" provided me with tracking #, shipping company and where and the hell it was coming from. I was going to order more for our show, but I cannot safely order since I guess I am in the unlucky 11% that does not receive their orders on the dates you supply. Needless to say, I am disappointed in your service and I am requesting a refund on the priority shipping price since you did not get it to me by 10/24/23. IT IS NOW 10/27/23 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. Come to find out after paying priority shipping they put my table cover on a palette with others and that takes time to clear customs. They chose IP DIRECT DISTRIBUTION and now FedEx cannot even give me a delivery date. I needed this for an upcoming event and they have ruined it AGAIN THEY DID FIX THE PROBLEM AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT SO YOU DECIDE :)

Banner was perfect!

I searched all over and compared prices but decided to give BannerBuzz a try. I ordered 2 small banners to see how they would come out. They were perfect. The only issue that I had was shipping time. I paid a little extra to receive my order sooner but it was held up at customs for over a week. I started to think that it wouldn't arrive but they were delivered last week. I will continue shopping here. BannerBuzz is Quick, easy, and cheap. Thanks

Most of my items are scheduled to arrive 4 days after promised. Useless to me then.
First of all, just know your products will be coming from overseas and anyone you speak with (and I spoke to many) sound as if they are overseas. They website says they are located in Georgia.
I ordered 9 items on 10/13. I spoke with representatives several times to ensure my order would deliver by 10/19. I selected priority shipping. I was told multiple times it would deliver by 10/19.
I received a tracking number showing a 10/19 delivery date. It changed to 10/20, but ended up arriving 10/19. However... they only sent me one tracking number. 2 other tracking numbers I had to ask for on 10/19 (when 2 of my boxes had not arrived) showed a 10/23 delivery date. This is a HUGE problem when the banners will arrive after the actual event.
I spoke with representatives and all they offered me was a condescending apology. I demanded a refund for the items not delivered on time. They refused. Said fedex wouldn't allow that. What? I'm not asking fedex for a refund... I'm asking BannerBuzz for a refund on the items they sold me and didn't deliver as promised.
Buyer beware!

Well done! This is the 2nd time I used BannerBuzz and I appreciate their concern about the poor resolution of my uploaded image. However since the design of the sea otter represents an underwater scene I felt some blurriness was justifiable... as DaVinci would use 'sfumato' for soft focus! I do wish it was on a sturdier material, like the canvas they provided the last time...

Unfortunately our second experience buying from Banner Buzz was not very positive, they failed to tell us that the banners were coming from abroad and that caused a delay on the delivery when the package arrived in fedex. Because it was held as and international delivery.
