The prices are affordable and the ordering process was simple. But it would have been nice if I could have seen the back of the bookmark to see if they included the second picture. But once I received the bookmarks was satisfied with the results.

The 1st assistant that I talked with was very helpful. I have had trouble since then, not with the assistants that answer the call per say, but the finance department that can not seem to understand that our school falls under a district, where there is 6 more schools and we have a district tax exempt status under the district. I still do not have a corrected invoice in which to pay for my product.

Easy system to navigate. Quick process with great customer service. They were very willing to fix any design issues I had. I'm very glad that they check dpi/image quality and recreate better quality imagery for free INSTEAD of just doing terrible image printing and blaming it on the customer for not knowing better. They seem to really care about the work they do. Thank you.

Ordered banner. Was told it would arrive well in time for my event if I paid extra for shipping. After a couple of delays, I now find it won't arrive until 2 days AFTER my event. Why? Well. My order is coming from INDIA. Was led to believe from buzzbanner that they are a U.S. company. They may have a U.S. phone but they are manufacturing and shipping from INDIA. Learned my lesson. STAY AWAY from the Tricksters!
Extremely disappointed with the service received. We ordered 2 x Snake Banners via Express Delivery and were not advised that there were 'production delays'. When they didn't arrive, we chased up to be told we will need to wait another 10 days which was no use to us. A refund was refused and the customer service provided extremely unhelpful. This was a big waste of money and I will not be using this company again.

Worst material for a print out. The quality is very poor and the material they use is the probably the cheapest they will sell you for a print out. Yes they are cheap but you do get what you pay for. Never again will i use a company hat has no pride in their work.
It was super easy to navigate the site, and they had great priced products. They were also very thorough at making sure my designs were in the best possible quality before printing. My banner and table cloth were perfect! Will be a repeat customer.

The online design tool is a little clumsy. I lost two designs and had to start over. Text kept defaulting to white, and the color options were off the screen...finally found them. I've ordered here before, and it's still a good option. Be nice if the design tool was more user friendly, though. Thanks!
