My email address was entered incorrectly and could not be corrected. Because of this, I could not track my order, and I did not get an invoice. When I asked for reimbursement of our expedited shipping costs, I was told they could only reimburse me for half. In addition, it seems that the company recycles order numbers. On my recent call to BannerBuzz, I was given another customer's invoice when I gave the customer service rep my order number in the chat.

Shipping was done very fast. Mandatory signature was not required and that caused me extra trouble to wait and catch hold of FedEx delivery person returned twice. Pls send without delivery confirmation for all orders.
Shipping is not for orders below $100... you originally promote product with free shipping but then at checkout you disclose that it applies only on order of $100 minimum. Not good!
So far so good! I ordered on March 27 for delivery of an April 13 then I placed the second order after that receive the second order but the first order never came. I need it for an event and they couldn't do it two days before the event told me oh we have everything confirmed we can ship it but you have to pay $48 expedited shipping. I said no that should be your cost. I ordered within time you did not get it ready for me, but they would do that so we had to cancel the order. I would never use them again. The products are nice, but the service was terrible.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
