The ordering process was easy, getting the designers to call you back when they say there is an issue with your order. This delayed our order by a few days, which then changed our delivery address. Instead of BannerBuzz changing the address for our whole order they only did two items. We got the two items right away but the rest of our order was shipped to an address which we were not at and told them several times we would not be there, which resulted in getting our items weeks late ( and we paid for priority shipping). They said they would refund our priority shipping, they refunded half but we never received the other $30 plus dollars. The products that we received are very nice and exactly what the website showed.
Love the products and quality but they still have not refunded my shipping as promised since the products I ordered were shipped to the wrong place and delayed my order by weeks.

Good products, good pricing. Upload process is a bit cumbersome and system doesn't show the name of the PDF file that was uploaded, and no preview for PDF files. Final product was great and customer was pleased.

Just another india based scamming website posing as UK/US business. Before placing an order for an event i called them to make sure the banner will arrive on time - even scammed me into paying expedited shipping (+£12) yet the banner never arrived. Even though they assured me on the phone & state on their website the max. 4 days or less on the exp. Shipping. Cheap prices attract but trust me you don't want to deal with them. They also refuse to refund me ANY amount, even just the shipping... honestly, rather pay more but have an actual good experience somewhere else - AVOID. (my order no. In case they say i'm a fake customer: uk**************)

Occasionally found this company when I needed to make banners for the conference and still recommend it to others.
It also does neon signs and other signs for businesses for a reasonable price. Every offline business needs a banner I think.
The bookmarks were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. There was a delay issue with Fedex and the shipping but the customer service team worked with them to get the bookmarks here just in time! I mean … I was leaving for the airport and the FedEx truck arrived!

I wanted to Bold certain letters within a word, and the program would not let me. I had to create individual text for each letter I wanted bolded. It became very cumbersome.

I placed an order for window decal and paid for priority shipping which means I was supposed to get "quick" turnaround. I uploaded the artwork and asked for the proof, supposedly a proof was going to be provided in a few hours. They provided me with the proof about 7 hours later but instead of my image they took out the color from my artwork and made it all white. I asked their design team to make the decal look exactly like the picture i uploaded for them. The next day, I was waiting for my proof, I gave them 8 hours, and nobody got back to me. I contacted customer service to find out what is going on with my proof. Customer service told me that their design team is overwhelmed and asked me if i could wait another 2 hours. I told them ok - 2 hours later - there was nothing from their design team. I contacted customer service and they gave me the same story - they short staffed and they are working on my proof. Make long story short - i was going back and forth with them for 2 more days. Now - 3 days later they finally provided me with the decal with correct colors, but the shape is all wrong. There was a reason why I paid extra for priority handling and processing - and what did they do - waste 3 days due to their incompetence, and to add insult to injury, they told me that I have to pay $20 more to get my order processed and shipped. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - STAY AWAY FROM THEM, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

They do not understand the meaning of hard deadline! I use to use Bannerbuzz frequently. My last project which was almost $1000 was a rush order and they decided to print overseas. Being concerned that it will not deliver on time, I contacted them SEVERAL times in order to correct the situation and print stateside. In the end, my media did not arrive to meet the deadline, I had to spend even more money to reprint on my own, and their customer service is designed to appease with superficial platitudes instead of attaining results. They're proud of the quality, but on time arrival is far more critical. If you have months for your project, you're probably ok, but if you have less than that, don't be surprised if your order does not arrive by the deadline. When you request a refund, they will make excuses and blame the delivery company instead of owning the fact that they printed overseas on a rush job. Print jobs... great... on time delivery... logistically poor, very poor. To add insult to injury, when you do ask to refund an a late AND undelivered product, you go through an endless cycle of runarounds. Poor customer satisfaction service.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
