Package not delivered

This company does not give a $#*!! Denying a claim which obviously they made a mess. Sending a email with proof of delivery with no name and no address and said it was sign by someone with. Who? You can't even contact or reach to the driver who did the delivery that day? And you should be taking a picture as proof of delivery not a stupid junk piece of paper.

It seems that there is a trend here in the reviews. FedEx is a local American company and should stay being that, because their international service is beyond a joke.

They don't arrive on the dates given... I'm still waiting after four email notifications of delivery of the same item that has yet to turn up

A parcel left the USA on 22/1 and four notifications that it would be delivered on dates that were never honoured. Four days taken off work, phone calls to be answered by an AI system that is useless, and finally getting through to a real person by saying "I've been asked to call" - even the helpful people were aghast at the lack of information, the wrong emails autogenerated with delivery dates, and the complete inability to believe anything that their systems told them. Even today's delivery was confirmed as on the van when I first called, a second call closer to the end of the day told me it wasn't on the van and that it would be Monday... AVOID THEM! The staff are really friendly but their systems work against them and email notifications are not to be trusted...

As of this moment: still no guarantee that the parcel will be put on the van today, despite all the undertakings... and seems like Santry (Ireland) depot has one staff member as the Fedex help desk couldn't get through to the depot "because they are probably loading the van" Is this really a company or one man, his van, and an AI engine!

Don't pay extra for fast shipping with Fedex

Do not pay for fast shipping with fedex, it isn't worth it and it won't get there in time.
I would give fedex 0 stars if i could. I paid 45 dollars for a package to be overnighted and delivered next day, the package was going from Idaho falls Idaho to utah, the package took 4 days to get there, because it went to Utah, then to Kentucky for some reason them Illinois then back to utah. I Called to ask for a refund and they couldn't give me one, so i contacted another department that said they would help me and then a few days later they said they couldn't help me because they didn't deal with anything outside of the US, last time I checked Idaho and Utah are in the United States. I have read that they do this all the time

Unreliable service,

Unreliable service, poor internal coordination.
Despite polite customer support, FedEx failed to deliver my package within the promised 48-hour window. It was delayed by 7 days without explanation, despite multiple phone calls and online complaints. No proper email support is available, and responses were inconsistent and unhelpful. I will not use their services again. Extremely disappointing

Where are my packages?

I had ordered my item on January 26,2026 on Wayfair. It is understandable that inclement weather had created a delay with the shipping. However, it is now February 3,2026. When I follow-up on the tracking with Fed Ex, the website would provide me with misinformation. Fed Ex would mention a delivery on the day of me checking the tracking. Subsequently, it would then inform me that the packages would be delivered the next day. At this point, I've been experiencing this delay for close to - if not - over a week. I can recount calling Fed Ex. Due to my back issues, I had called Fed Ex to request that they deliver the package directly to my apartment- with the assistance of the leasing consultants to bring the packages inside my unit or at the front door. One agent just reiterated the tracking like a robot, and before I could speak, she transferred me to the automated review line. I called again, as the male agent started with his scripted speaking points for my information, I had interjected to make him aware for the purpose of my call, he then immediately transfers me to the automated review line. Upon the third call, the agent was extremely helpful. However, despite requesting packages be delivered to my front door, the Fed Ex delivery driver placed one of my packages in the Luxer Storage Room at my apartment building. That particular package was ordered after the aforementioned packages that I am still waiting for delivery. I don't know what's going on with Fed Ex, but they have really disappointed me. Today is February 4,2026

Cheaters and pathetic is the best way to describe their tax and duty billing department.

They bill you for duty that should be collected from the recipient according to commercial invoice and ignore to answer your questions as if they don't care. And we give them thousands and thousands of dollars of business each year. They don't even give you straight answer on your questions. Calling Fedex to complain about this department didn't help either because they wanted me to transfer back to the same department that's incompetent and pathetic.

Their account reps are very green and as useless as you can imagine, I've come across only 2 account reps between 2017 and 2025 who'd actually want to help, all others just don't care.

Yesterday, my order with the for delivery as I received a notification from FedEx. It's a large item – an armchair. I checked the tracking and saw that the order had been loaded onto a vehicle and sent out for delivery. At 9:35 AM, I received a message from FedEx stating that we were not home, therefore the order was not delivered. My husband and I were very surprised because we were home and waiting for the delivery. I went outside to look for the delivery slip that couriers usually leave if no one is home, but there was no slip. I took a picture of this. This is called customer deception. According to FedEx's logic, people who place orders have nothing better to do, so they can just not go to work and wait for their order every day. I understand that the FedEx delivery service exists simply for show, not to actually deliver packages. I will demand a refund from Home Depot and file a complaint against FedEx with the BBB and consumer protection agencies, as well as everywhere else where people can learn about the work of this worthless delivery service.

I am tired of both major shipping companies. Fedex is always late but they never update their tracking and just change the delivery and always show it on time, never late. They are liars. My package shows delivery today but the package is 4 states away.

The FedEx driver did not come down our street to deliver an overnight letter, but said they tried. The FedEx tracking says "Delivery exception. Customer not available or business closed." Not true! The FedEx driver just didn't bother driving down our street because of construction.

The USPS mailman and UPS driver delivered just fine - I got my mail no problem. But FedEx never showed up. And you can't reach anyone at FedEx to get your package. You have to sit and wait and hope they deliver the next day. Next time, use USPS or UPS - they actually deliver.

But with added polite customer service that misleads you into thinking they will help while pushing you into call backs that never come.
Just like the deliveries.

Worthless Drivers

I am 86 years old. I do NOT drive or own a car so I don't open the garage door for days and days. I use a walker and can barely get the box in the front door. We have UPS, FedEx, Prime, and USPS trucks in the complex all day long -- they all bring packages to the front door. What kind of idiot would put a box by the garage door? -- which is NOT visible without opening the garage door and going outside. 9/21/25 is only the LATEST. Joanne

Fraudulent practices

On August 18,2025, FedEx started charging for pick-ups. I did not receive any notifications, and I did not consent to those charges. The only reason I found out about that is I saw those charges on my CC statement. I contacted FedEx and was told it will be taken care off, but it's been a month, and it has not.

I sent a package FedEx Priority to Finland three weeks ago, paid over a $100. The package still has not been delivered. I called FedEx about a dozen times, and every time I get a foreigner who speaks little English and cannot provide any information. They also refuse to let me speak to supervisors claiming that supervisors are not available.

I booked the Premium Lugless Service that included FedEx Ground door to door services and it turned into a complete nightmare. Pickup chaos: My pickup was scheduled for July 29 (8 XL boxes + 4 suitcases). FedEx repeatedly failed to show up, giving me excuse after excuse about a missing apartment number on the label. Every day I was promised "priority pickup" and every day I was let down. At one point they even sent a FedEx Express driver who only handles envelopes. Rude & unprofessional staff: When a FedEx Ground driver finally came, she mocked me on her AirPods ("picking up boxes at some stupid person's apt"), refused to use her dolly, demanded I carry everything outside to her(who was standing at the door), when I asked for some time till my husband came up she slammed the door in my face and left without taking my boxes. Absolutely unacceptable. Forced to DIY: With my lease ending, I had no choice but to rent a U-Haul and personally haul everything to a FedEx office — despite paying for a premium door-to-door service. Damaged & missing items: When my boxes arrived, several were torn, taped back together, or replaced with unrecognizable boxes. Fragile items were broken, and I lost expensive clothes and bags. This was the worst moving/shipping experience of my life. Lugless and FedEx Ground caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and emotional strain. Save your money and avoid them at all costs.

Wish I could give zero stars. I paid $75 for 2 day shipping - dropped off on Thursday, needed there by Monday morning, and they guaranteed it would be there by Saturday night. It got lost along the way, did not arrive until Monday night, and the agent told the recipient that the sender (me) could request a refund. Now I'm being told I'm not eligible because I purchased 2 day shipping, not 2 day AM shipping, whatever that means. They've wasted my time - first call they told me to file a claim online, went online and the form won't load. Tried downloading the app. Called again, was transferred around for 25 minutes with no resolution. Absolutely unbelievable. Please us any other shipping carrier!

Very poor support

My biggest complaint is the lack of easy communication and customer support. Every company makes mistakes. They keep making the mistake of taking my packages to the wrong address. But if I could just send them a quick email or a chat and let them know, then maybe it could be handled. But their Virtual Assist thing is one of the worst I've seen. There is no way to chat with an agent. I can't even leave feedback. It said I can call, but no, not really. It's too difficult for me to make phone calls. It's a huge ordeal getting set up to make one, and why can't they allow the option to chat? There are many people who, for various reasons, have trouble with verbal communication. For me, not having the option to chat is like refusing to offer handicap parking.

I'm a real estate agent and rely on overnight delivery for time-sensitive documents. I dropped off a packet for a client in Montgomery County — paid for Express. It arrived two days late and no one at the branch could explain why. I called support, waited on hold for 40 minutes, and was told 'delays happen.'
Missed the deadline, lost the deal. I won't use FedEx for contracts again. Too much risk.

Package still not deliver

After reading some reviews I understand why FedEx is one of the worst delivery companies. My packages were supposed to be delivered on 07/20 and we are now 07/29 and still no one in the customer service can tell me why it hasn't been delivered. Their app is one of the worst app's to track package I have ever seem. If I have had the option to pick the delivery company, I would of 100% pick UPS. They are telling me now the package is expected to be deliver 08/01 that's almost 2 weeks that my package has been in the same city without being delivered.

Totally unreliable.

Received three different times of arrival. All adjusted when the delivery time came to pass. Not my first experience with this. Every shipment, they are completely and utterly useless when it comes to providing an accurate date and time of arrival. They'll provide a date, adjust the date when it comes and goes... and repeat the process until their slow service finally delivers the package. The app and the automation is even worse. Horrible company.

The FedEx Greenwood facility is absolutely worthless. The drivers that work there should be ashamed they are that bad at their job. I've had a package out for delivery for the past three days straight. And each and every day the package ends up back at the Greenwood facility. You people are lazy and suck at your job. You shouldn't even be employed as delivery drivers. If a package runs through the Indianapolis facility it's usually decent service. However, FedEx is responsible for this absolutely pathetic service out of this particular warehouse. You should get a grip on this facility or just shut the place down. That's how bad it is.
