My package is now five days late. They kept getting pushed back and pushed back. They said between 1030 and 2:40 PM approximately 14 1:55 PM. I drove an hour away because that's the closest to me. They said they could get it on the weekend when my original ship address is not open and I had to go in store to pick it up. I had gotten there and it was not there at 5 PM that day. It still wasn't there. Nothing but problems with Customer Service on the phone. It's very hard to get a hold of anyone and when you do they talk over you not even giving you a chance to speak. I had to go on this giant loop with this guy about stuff when my question not even what he was talking about they are very rude and do not speak, correctly, the meaning being courteous on the phone after all, they are customer service and supposed to be helping politely. My vehicle has been broken down and I have been waiting for a part. It was in Tacoma Saturday. The guy said it wouldn't stay in Tacoma. He couldn't leave it there, but had to come to Tukwila, which is an hour north of me because I live right next to Tacoma. I got to Tuckwilla. It was not there. I wasted a whole trip because I had to go back home for babysitting. Fedex has been the most frustrating shipping company I've ever worked with. I would gladly choose UPS or something or something like that over Fedex. I cannot believe it has gotten this bad.
FAIL! Quality and value are two words that should not be associated with FedEx. The amount of times that the have failed to deliver on time has me baffled. The tracking that they provide is comical at best, inaccurate and poorly updated. I am currently awaiting for a package that was shipped on the 5th of Feb. From the U.K. It sat in Charlotte NC. For almost 4 days and now has been sitting in Memphis Tn. For nearly 3 days. At this point the package has sat nearly 3 times longer than it has traveled. I've been given 3 different delivery dates to include an email just this morning 2/13/25 stating that it would deliver today by 8 PM. It has now been change to a delivery of Friday the 14th "before 8 PM." 'm not very confident that that will happen and I am concerned about the condition of the package as it is an electric guitar and can be somewhat fragile. Remember when their motto was "When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight" is a slogan used by FedEx to promote their speed and reliability. They lost track of that a long time ago.
We had important documents that were not replaceable. I don't know what FedEx was doing with the package but the envelope and documents inside were burned, melted and torn. The package was also delayed. It's obvious that someone in transit saw the damage and inserted it into a larger box to conceal the damage as the outer package is completely intact. It appears that no attempts were made to contact the sender or ourselves explaining the level of damage. This is not what we would expect from FedEx and are very disappointed in their service.
One of the most upsetting things I have ever done is fall for a scam; I felt deceived and powerless. After that, I learned about S I M O N C H ///// DOT C O M. They quickly and expertly fixed what I believed would never be restored. When I needed it most, their wisdom and kindness gave me hope.
Worst Delivery Service and Drivers and also Customer Service no better they truly suck. They have delivered to my address tons of times now they say can't find me what a lie.
Do not buy from fedex, horrible service. They get everything late every time. Horrible. 1/10 do not recommend. This business should go bankrupt.
FedEx says they delivered two packages to a commercial business after hours on a Friday. The packages total over $1,000 and were not at the location on Monday morning. FedEx says they are not responsible for reimbursement, since the shipper did not request them to be signed for and they have delivery time lines to meet. Why would the driver deliver the packages after the business was closed, to sit outside all weekend?
I was hit be a driver hauling a ~50 foot FedEx trailer going westbound on the 401 and sustained extensive damage to my vehicle the morning of Jan 28 2025 in the Whitby/Ajax area between 05:00-05:30. I've obtained a Collision Police Report and filed case# C-******* with FedEx. My hope is that my casefile is placed in high priority and suggest you review your recruitment policies for the drivers contracted out by FedEx to ensure the safety of our roads. While the damage is extensive, it could have been a lot worse. Should you have any questions/concerns regarding my casefile please reach out.
I am extremely disappointed with FedEx's refusal to provide a written statement confirming that the shipping label associated with my purchase is invalid. Despite multiple calls and requests, FedEx insists on only sharing this information verbally, making it impossible for me to document the claim or pursue a proper dispute with my credit card company. This lack of official written communication has hindered my ability to seek any resolution. FedEx's dismissive and unhelpful stance is unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. Does FedEx really have absolutely no competition? FedEx charges an arm and a leg, makes specific promises, then defaults and messes up in every way possible. Just Awful. So expensive and yet so unreliable.
Long story short, FedEx has not managed to keep up with it's competition nor promise to deliver within a specific window. My driver Darius had a 4 hour plus, window to deliver and after 7 hours I called to find out where he is, and I was told by Jenny they don't know where their drivers are until they scan a package. So, I can track in real time a $20 order of food but I can't track an item that's worth over $1000? I used my PTO for the four hours and that turned into me taking the whole day off. I remember when FedEx was looked at as the safest and most reliable way to deliver high value items and now, they're a disappointment if you want accurate updates. GPS software or tracking devices would be a cheap investment with the reward of better reviews and more satisfied customers, but I guess that's asking too much. -Seems like a simple request.
Ordered a two canopy and a leaf blower from Walmart. FedEx delivered two of the three items. They sent back the third item stating they could not deliver it. Mind you, the other two items were all being delivered to the same address. So you found the correct address for two, but could not deliver the third item. It was during the holidays so I assumed the delivery driver was too lazy to deliver.

FedEx gets 1 star (if I could give less, I would) because they NEVER EVER follow delivery instructions. They deliver to me a dozen or so times a year and it's always the same. My FedEx profile explicitly says, "Please go through the gate and leave the package at the back door", and their drivers never even make an attempt. It's like 20 steps further to the back door. I have camera footage of their lazy (possibly illiterate) drivers leaving packages on the front porch. I also have 2 signs on my front porch instructing to take deliveries to the back door. I have footage of three of their repeat terrible drivers tossing a package onto the front porch, but this site only allows video if it is 15 seconds long. FedEx has been lucky so far that nothing has been stolen, like I have had from other deliveries. Because of how terrible FedEx is with deliveries, I happily pay more to use other shipping services.
My package has been delayed over three weeks. While being in a location 30mins from me. Called support multiple times, only to have them lie to me and avoid responsibility. Literally the worst delivery service in our country. 10/10 do not recommend. Avoid at all costs. A blind dog at the post office would deliver your packages faster in a hurricane

Today is Saturday. Every day this week Fedex has listed my $2000 guitar as "scheduled for delivery", starting on Monday. I've called their "customer support" every morning once it fails to reach that critical next step- "out for delivery", and every morning I have been LIED TO about this fiasco.
Eventually they HAVE to deliver it, right?

Update- Now it looks more and more like my guitar got STOLEN. Yesterday their rep was telling me she was looking at an image of the actual box sitting in the shipping trailer, now they're asking me for a DESCRIPTION.
I guess what I'll wind up with is a refund in a few weeks. Thanks, Fedex.
I intend to make a concerted effort to avoid them for the rest of my life. I have ZERO intention of ever going through anything like this again. Hopefully they'll go out of business, AS THEY RICHLY DESERVE TO.
I sent an insured package from St. John's NL to Shediac NB on November 23,2024. It was scheduled to arrive November 25 and got delayed till December 2,2024. I was told it was stuck at the Port aux Basques ferry. On December 6,2024, I called Fed ex Customer Services and a rep said it must be lost I should submit a "case" - I did and received no updates. On December 15, I called Fed ex Customer Services and a rep said they cannot find it I should submit a "claim" - I did and received no updates. On January 8,2025 - I received an email stating the claim was denied. I have called customer service twice since to find out why and I cannot speak to anyone who knows anything. On January 8, they said someone would call me back - they never. January 15, they said someone would call me back - IDK.
FedEx can suck my whole shaft for as long as I breathe. I shall continue to pop V iagra so I remain hard ergo they can keep sucking. I hope the higher ups in this company get the Luigi treatment. I hope the drivers get haemorrhoids
Today and yesterday my package was out for delivery. Never received it. Then FedEx comes up with some fabricated lie about the delivery. Must be what FedEx trains there less than educated employees. Maybe FedEx is bringing illegals into the United States so they can work for them as slave laborers. Certainly would not surprise me. FedEx used to be great. Worst of all delivery companies.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
