Recently FedEx showed a package as being delivered to my house but it was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS IN THE DEVELOPMENT 2 MILES AWAY. I quickly double checked my order and confirmed that it had the correct address on it from Blinds.com...it did. The picture the driver took was proof that it was NOT left on my front porch. When I reported the "missing" package to FedEx said they would backtrack and find the package. Two days later I received an email simply stating that FedEx "CLOSED" the missing package complaint without any further explanation. The honest person who received the wrong delivery contacted me by letter and she met me to give me the package this morning. There are honest people in the world. It is now quite apparent that FedEx does NOTHING to really try and resolve a missing package. Instead, they expect the shipper to send out a replacement to make up for their mistakes. I hope Blinds.com gets their shipping charges refunded.
I ordered a new iPhone 12 from Virgin online. On January 17 when I arrived home from work I found the notice of delivery from Fedex on my door. The day after, I went to pick up the package to Penguin at 250 University Avenue inside the Rexall. The officer said that the package was already picked up at 13:37 pm and it was a man who picked it up. This is very annoying, and they appear to have given my package to a thief without confirming their identity properly or getting the delivery notice. They said maybe the employee who released the package did not check the ID properly- how can someone pick them up a package without any receipt and ID, or even know that there is a package to pick up in my name? I called Fedex and they told me that they will investigate and will notify me within 24 hours by email or phone. In 48 hours I called them back, but they had already closed they case without a solution. It was very annoying. I called virgin and told them what happened, saying if I had to pay for the phone I'll bring this case to the police. Virgin said that I don't need to worry about the payment, they will contact Fedex to investigate. Very unprofessional for such a big company.
Would give 0 stars if possible! Ordered medical supplies for my father 3 times. The first package was tampered with. The second was delivered to the wrong address and disappeared. Your company was notified of the situation, and a week later it was delivered to the wrong address AGAIN! Thankfully the homeowner knew my father and returned the desperately needed medical supplies that my father didn't have now for a month because of fed ex s incompetence! On top of all that the customer service reps I dealt with were uncaring $#*!s! Safe to say I'll never deal with this company AGAIN, EVER!
Morons, absolute apes. Swear they use avocados for navigation and peanuts for brains. Lazy and inconsiderate. Just go to ups. Yes they are rough on packages but at least it'll get there on time or at all. Seriously these guys are stupid
FedEx is the most idiotic, incompetent company. CS peeps just read a script over & over, so we never get our questions answered. My package is late, & all I want is to know where it is. Did FedEx steal my property? Wouldn't surprise me. FedEx picks lousy drivers, right? Incompetent and idiotic

"Outrageous" is the heading because this is most people's response when I tell them Fedex charged me $1,668.35 to ship a VERY SMALL ONE POUND box containing a blood sample tube from a lab in Perth, Ontario, to a lab in Rockland MA, USA. And how does Fedex "justify" this? By "RATING" the weight from one pound to ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONE POUNDS! No Fedex - one pound is one pound is one pound and you can misuse language in an attempt to justify your extortion but a scam by any other word is still a scam. (I see their slogan is "FEDEX CARES" What a load of *******)
Fedex dont deserve any single star they lost my shimpment to canada last dec 13 2022 until now they dont give me a single sent for the trouble they cost me even my shipment fee. Asking me for compensation of 100$ but i spend 400$ for my shipment. Shiping fee not included but unfortunately until now i dont have any updates from.them
Always have has problems with FedEx deliveries. From destroyed packaging due to their carelessness, to not receiving packages they claim are "delivered". This time the package I was supposed to receive is no where to be found. The delivery photo is just a blur like some other reviewers have experienced. Claimed to have been delivered to my apartment leasing office but they have no record of it being delivered (and the apartment office has been great at tracking deliveries) It's been bad for years, this is a terrible business that doesn't deserve to stay around.
This company continues to tell me they have the wrong shipping address for my house, however on the stupid app and WEBSITE it shows that they have my proper address. FedEx is one of the laziest P.O.S delivery companies anymore. Its super sad that ups, dhl, ontrac, usps, and other INTERNATIONAL packages still arrive with absolutely NO problems. FedEx just needs to go out of business and save the world some troubles. Customer service needs to be fixed because all they do is say what you want to hear and then nothing ever $#*!ING happens. I hope this place fails in every aspect of its life anymore.

Please don't leave packages worth money on the street. You could have at least left it by the garage. You know pull in the driveway like ups and such. You guys suck

FedEx has claimed to have delivered my husbands wedding band. Keyword claimed! I have been home everyday all day and nothing has arrived. They are saying it was signed for but refuse to provide me with that proof. All I can say is I'm now missing a wedding band and will never use FedEx again.
As I write this I'm waiting for my package to arrive from the shipper. This has been the typical experience for me when buying a package through Walmart+. I'll order my product online, I'll get an estimated delivery date, usually two to three days after I order the package, and get a notification from Walmart telling me that it has been picked up and its on its way with a tracking number and occasionally a new arrival ETA telling me that the delivery is one or two days later.
The tracking number rarely works on the FedEx website, but I'm able to track it through the Walmart website. If I call FedEx using the tracking number provided the AI will give me the same ETA that Walmart provides to me along with a friendly note telling me that its on schedule to arrive on time. When it doesn't arrive on time and I call to ask about it I'll always be told to contact the shipper that sent the package, who always tells me to contact FedEx, the company they hired to ship it resulting in a huge runaround.
I live in a secured building so on a few occasions they have left the package in the main entryway of my building where the general public can see it resulting in incidents where the package has gotten stolen. Usually this isn't a huge deal, most of the products are inexpensive and most shippers will send a replacement but our local delivery driver has a security key to get all the way to my apartment door. I know this because packages on occasion packages have arrived at my apartment door and on occasion a driver will get onto the elevator with me, use his security key to get to the floor he needs to deliver his package on.

I filed a claimed for lost baggage but they denied my claim even though I sent them a proof from the hotel manager that they never received the baggage that I sent to one of their hotel guest (my co-worker). I was told by a certain Lindsey (not really her name) that they stand with their decision to denied the claim saying that among the boxes that were received in that hotel, only me filed a claim. I told her what's the logic with that. Why will they need to file a claim if they received their boxes. Anyway, not a happy customer here.
Over 2 months ago we set up a business account with FedEx It took almost two weeks to get connected with a special account rep to set up our freight box account. He ordered our freight boxes. We waited over a week for a tracking number on them. Another week for delivery. I finally called to discover that they had attempted delivery but they had to have an appointment for it (I was not told this by my rep) and they only had my first name at the local freight site. No last name, no account info, no contact info, so they were just hoping I'd contact them. The delivery was scheduled for the next day, a Friday. I was called Friday to be told the driver forgot to put the boxes in the truck. "Sorry, you'll have to wait til Monday." The boxes arrived. The wrong size. 10" smaller. I made it work. At this point it is what it is, right. We load them up as full as we can. I go to create shipment...$6000.00...to ship what was supposed to be two $250 crates. I spent hours trying to figure it out. Called support. "Oh, sorry, but your account was not set up correctly, I have to put in a request for a freight box rep to contact you. THREE DAYS later I get a call. I give her all of the info, she promises to fix it. The next day, another call, different rep, same story. Later that day ANOTHER rep, same story. She called back later (a Friday, so no hope for shipping) to let me know it was fixed. Monday morning I get on to ship the boxes. Account still broken. Schedule a call (no direct numbers). She calls to tell me with the time difference there's nothing she can do and she'll call back the next day. Tues, she didn't call. I got online and it miraculously worked...THANK THE LORD. The boxes were supposed to be picked up Tuesday evening. Then Wednesday. Then today. Now maybe tomorrow. I have been told everything from "sorry, the driver was Kinnear and unable to make it to your area (Kinnear is my area) from no trucks have been out this week at all because of 70mph winds in Casper (false) and then "we were waiting for the empty boxes you need to be delivered so we didn't have to make two trips" and now the "actual" reason is that there are no routes open to Denver, so there's no trucks in to be sent to pick up freight.
I'm frustrated. I'm disappointed that this is how #FedEx treats small business owners. This has taken hours and hours of my time, I had to prepay for my shipment, and I still don't even have a clear answer as to when it will get picked up.
I am only posting as a way to review FedEx and their freight customer service. I absolutely love our local drivers and they go above and beyond to get us our goods.
FedEx refused to refund the shipment.
They didn't deliver the package at the scheduled time so ended up getting the package at the facility.
Customer service gave different reasons why there is a delayed delivery and can't even transfer the call to Manager though I have requested multiple times. They disconnected the call intentionally.

Did not deliver my order from the USA to me. Delivered it elsewhere. I opened a case, they closed it "delivered and signed for". I reopened the case, specifying "it wasn't delivered to me and I don't recognise the name" only for them to close it "delivered and signed for". I opened the case again and was quite careful with my use of single-syllable words, only for the case to be closed again, this time with "Case too old to rectify, no payment, should have claimed earlier". I didn't know it had gone astray; only that it could take three weeks to get to me. This put it outside FedEx's claims period.
I will no longer use FedEx or any company that ships using them.
In August 2022, I had shipped 4 outfits to my son-in-law living in US from a Staples outlet at ******* King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3T 2W4. It was my first time experience to ship to an international location. The lady at the counter asked me about its value. I told her $200 but she put $100 which I notices when the shipment got lost. The reason of the loss of shipment is best known to either Staples or FedEx.
I made a complaint with FedEx but there was no response. I knew it is very had to prove this. So I gave up and called to FedEx again to get the money against the declared value of shipment along with the amount money I had made for the shipment. The FedEx associate filed the claim on the phone call.
After calling quite a few times, I got the money for the goods I shipped (declared value) and not for the amount that I paid for the shipment from my debit card. I called them again and associate again filed a subsidiary claim. It been 5 months, since the loss of shipment, I have not got my money back. Every time I called they replied that you will got a phone call from our senior. Today 0n January 17,2023 at 14:07, I called again and when I insisted to talk to the senior they disconnected my call. See we are living in 1st world country. There no one to listen my legitimate concern. It appears that FedEx is having some financial issues.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
