Our FedEx package was mailed 31 Jan with the promise to deliver overnight from TN to VA on 1 Feb. The package finally arrived on the afternoon of 2 Feb. When we pursued a refund, we got an annoying runaround in three phases. The clerk at the origin FedEx office stated we can get our refund by calling their *******339 number. Assistant at the 800- number told us that a refund cannot be given due to a bad weather delay in the delivery. She then told us to go on-line (*******@fedex.com) to dispute. The on-line site was also useless. This was a costly experience. We had to drive to Chesapeake, VA (in one day overnight!) to complete our tasks.
Run away from fedex. I am about to missed a funeral because of fedEx poor customer service.fedex only know how to get your money but don't know how to provide a good service. I am giving 1 out 5 because you can't submit the review with zero.
Every time I have something shipped by FedEx it arrives late. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Not once have they ever delivered anything on time. The latest thing I ordered, the vendor only offered FedEx or else I would have chosen a different logistics company. 2nd class mail would have been faster and I paid for 2nd day air from FedEx. It's been sitting at the local center in Tucson for 5 days now. The website says every day that it will be delivered that day but it doesn't show up. I HATE FEDEX WITH A PASSION. They are the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.
Ordered on Costco Online in Mexico. Delivery is by Fedex, It shipped from Mexico City on 30 January and arrived PV on 2 February. So far I thought it good service but it has sat in PV now for 4 days and FedEx propose that they deliver on 15 February, 9 days from now. It has to travel 45 km, so 14 days to travel 45 km on a 2 day delivery service sounds like a service that doesn't care for the customer
Customer service - supervisors- drivers are very useless, they don't solve any problem, packages haven stolen or lost. Don't deal with them
I wouldn't write a review of this was the first time that this has happened with FedEx. But this is the third time different things have been told they were delivered and not. First time was a check and he delivered it down the street and I went running because I knew it was supposed to been here. The other two time to say they have tempted to deliver it but no one was home lie lie lie because we have cameras and I definitely stay attentive until my package gets here. Guess what now the delivery driver showed up I was waiting for him to stop and he did he ask if my address was 1826 I said yes and he looked 2 time and said it wasn't on his truck. Boy o Boy. Thanks no thanks FedEx
Fed Ex delivered my Father his Electric Wheelchair. Even though the directions on the box and the shipping instructions specifically state to bring to the apartment the driver just left it in the lobby.
My Father is handicapped. He cannot get it. He called Fed Ex and they told him to hire someone. They just don't care.

I will never get anything sent with fedex again. They left my parcel in the apartment lobby of my building and it was stolen. They said it was a safe place. No a lobby is not a safe place with people in and out all day. It was left right by the elevator. As you can see in the picture. DELIVERY TEAM REFUSES TO BRING PACKAGE TO MY FRONT DOOR. I have created an account on Fed Ex specifically to manage my request to have my packages delivered to my FRONT DOOR. I have gone to each of the sites I am purchasing from and specified to have delivery to MY FRONT DOOR. Yet, every single time my packages are dropped off at my garage (NOT MY FRONT DOOR) which is AS FAR AWAY from my front door as they can possibly be dropped. My home is a ranch and there are NO STEPS to ascend to get to my front door. I keep my walkway free of snow and obstacles and the delivery crew STILL refuse to follow the instructions. The delivery people need to be taken off my route or fired for not following a simple instruction. I have pleaded with Fed Ex Customer service and filed NUMEROUS complaints and no resolution. From a human standpoint, the delivery people do not know my situation...i could be 80 years old, live alone or could be recovering from surgery and cannot lift and/or carry packages. Not to mention that my garage is NOT covered and I am forced to go out in the rain/snow to retrieve my packages whereas my front porch/door is covered. That being said, the actions of this incorrigible delivery team is inhumane, cruel and rude.Interesting to note that UPS and AMAZON (DHL and others as well) have NO PROBLEM delivering my packages right at MY FRONT DOOR!
Weather delay caused my mailed package to be delayed with no update. I paid for overnight shipping and now it has been a week and I have no updated delivery date. I hope my package is not lost.
On my bucket list, to share through as many channels as I can find to protect other people from this. Cancer meds, necessary life saving meds. You can't get a live rep to stress the urgency. Unbelievable, You need to take this review serious. Be wise, this is a nightmare. This review will not change who they are. You need to protect yourself and choose another service. FedEx cannot drive at all and they really disrespectful and then they cuss out people for no reason.
I am so disappointed in FedEx right now! My pharmacy sent a package out to me on December 13,2022 and I have yet to receive that package. I spoke with the pharmacy and they said that there has been a label made by FedEx for that package, which means they picked it up, but no one knows where that package is right now. I just spoke with a representative that told me that they never picked the package up but my question is how do you make a label for a package that you don't have? Shame on you FedEx. I have received broken packages (which were labeled fragile) and I've had packages thrown on my porch but now we're at the point of just not getting it at all? You must do better.

I received several texts from FedEx telling me my package was coming. I had a 4 hour window for it to arrive. It's not here. I called FedEx. I couldn't even get a person! The computer couldn't tell me anything that I didn't already know! FedEx sucks!
Every single last package has delayed delivery no matter the level of service you pay for. I will not be using their service or patronizing any business that uses them for shipping. Food item should have been no more than 3 days. Package after a week has not even left original Fed Ex location.
I went on a 1.5 hour "I Spy" adventure looking for my mattress in the apartment complex I live in. The fedex driver took a picture of the package, but I did not see it at my doorstep when I went out. I thought it was stolen for this reason. I also heard no knock, so I did not get outside until I received a late notification on my phone. After knocking on doors and starting to follow a police report, we noticed in the blurry photo that the letter on the building wasn't even a K. We couldn't tell what it was, so we walked everywhere until we saw it at the front building (E) of the complex, which our building (K, the building it was addressed to) was all the way in the back of the complex. We had to call a roommate to get his car up to the front and lift it in. It should have been at my doorstep. Fedex support is completely automated, which was not helpful. This was a huge inconvenience and a possible way to have lost $900. A mattress should have been signed for. I cannot believe how lazy the driver was to not look for the right building letter in clear, broad daylight. I won't even get compensated for it. If you have a choice of who brings your items, I highly advise you not to use fedex. Use UPS, or even usps. Both, in their own faults, still have never done me this wrong.
Fred Smith and his creation of Federal Express was a great success story at one point. We have been waiting four days for two different shipments that are both time critical and which were sent Express. It is virtually impossible to reach a human. The 800 number repeatedly says our items are out for delivery but no driver ever shows up. Their website is infuriating. When attempting to file a complaint you will get "unexpected system error" and be denied a chance to complain. If you want to terminate your account online there appears no way to do this; we certainly didn't find how to do it. They have someone claim to have made a delivery attempt that is a complete lie. Then they claim an equipment malfunction prevented the truck from being available. And today the story was "weather related" which is another lie because it was sunny and over 40 degrees. Truly sad how pathetic execution has become the norm. Looks like systems are in place to hide reporting about how dissatisfied customers are.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
