I received a message this morning to call back on a package that could not be delivered. The rude customer service gentleman with a foreign accent said it was an old message from a previous date and I must be mistaken. Except the call was like 30 minutes ago. I do not appreciate being called a liar on when I received the phone call and luckily the issue was already taken care of. Rude customer service.
Last week the FedEx delivery truck showed up at my house twice. Both times both me and my partner were home and both times both of our cars were parked in the driveway. Both times they left a door tag saying they would try again. They DID NOT try again after the second time. Every time I try to get in contact with a real representative over the phone, the automated assistant does not connect me with anyone because they "do not have further information about the package." Very upset with their customer service and very upset that they do not do their jobs. I am missing a very important medication because FedEx refuses to knock on my door so I can sign for it! They may say that they have tried to deliver a package but have done nothing of the sort. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Do NOT use their services if you want to send mail quickly and without issues.

FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address and says now the customer has to pay the fee to fix the delivery driver's wrong address delivery. Where is it the customers responsible. It's not it's the company's.
It's sad how one company can literally drain someone of all the money they have and expect more. Well at this point I have to say they are for sure not the company this customer will ever use again. Good luck to those who do use FedEx. I'm literally speechless at this point.
Driver stole my package, my order was worth over $ 1k. I had filed a report on my lost package and It's been over 10days now and no updates on my report. The shipping company doesn't care about their customers and steels customer's packages. Please don't use their shipping services unless if you want your package to be Stolen. I was scheduled to have some urgently needed IT equipment from B&H delivered yesterday. I saw the driver pull up and put packages in our drop box so I initially assumed it was a complete delivery. But he sat in his van for ages so I decided to start walking down our drive in case he was looking for a phone number to call to let me know he needed a signature but he took off without leaving one critical component.
The door tag left on the box stated there was no-one home to sign for the package - even though he made no attempt to reach me.
I called the FedEx office to explain I needed this urgently and was told the 2 options were to wait for them to try and deliver today - but the driver still wouldn't phone so presumably the same thing would happen, or to redirect the package to a FedEx office and pick it up - but I had to do that online.
I went online and arranged a redirect to the main Cool Springs office hoping I would be able to pick up last night as we were going to be in the area, but then received email confirmation it wouldn't get there until this morning.
Needless to say, it's not here so it's been a complete waste of time and gas, and after a further 30 minutes on the phone with their so called help desk, I am told it won't be ready to pickup until sometime Monday or maybe even Tuesday - and I cannot redirect to a closer office or pick up from their warehouse.
They admit it's their fault but are completely unwilling to do anything to fix the situation.
How do they get away with such appalling service?
I ordered a relatively expensive package. Said it delivered so I looked outside and it wasnt there. Checked all the floors on the apartment complex because fedex is known to deliver to the wrong apartment here all the time. Checked the office, mailbox, nothing. Days later after claiming a missing package and nothing has happened. I have also had them throw a package in the past at my door so hard that I heard it and the contents inside were damamged. Fedex is literally the WORST
Paid a premium for next day delivery, although package has cleared customs and its in their warehouse, FEDEX Romania, refuses to deliver on the confirmed term according to their premium express next day delivery. Once that a package crosses the boarder to Romania, say goodbye to any standards or premium services you paid for. Avoid Fedex Romania. Don't waste your money on premium services that they just blatantly refuse to commit to, probably cause they just do the bare minimum required no matter what premium you end up paying. Nothing express about this FEDEX.
The repair centre who fixed my phone decided to have it couriered it back with the company TNT/Fed Ex.
I was told that I would have to sign for the package upon arrival and was offered to pay an extra $60 to cover any damages during shipment which I declined ($60 extra?)
A few days later, I found a package lying in my front yard and upon further inspection found it damaged. I opened up the package and my newly repaired phone was completely damaged beyond repairs as if a vehicle had run over it. The phone was neatly packaged in bubble wrap and 2x layer of foam and in a cardboard box so it is impossible to damage the phone to the extent it was - both front and back glass shattered, phone was bent and camera lenses all cracked.
I filed a complaint with Fed Ex - took them two months with me constantly chasing them up. Apparently they had just closed out the case and claimed the phone delivery wasn't insured (insurance would have cost an extra $60!) and that I would get no compensation for the phone I had just paid to get repaird. I can understand if the damage was minor, but the box appears to be run over by a car / motor vehicle and there is no way I would be able to fix the phone again!
Firstly this could have been done intently - the courier picked this from CTDI which they know is a repair shop for phones. The fact that there are vehicle tracks over the packaging and the extent of damage suggests the package was run over by a vehicle (how could the delivery man not know?). Furthermore, they left the package in the front yard without a signature. I also suspect this is deliberate malicious damage to property.
But FedEX/TNT does not give a $#*!!
They did not fulfil their service / I didn't even sign (could have been easily stolen left in my front yard) but it's like they are saying "FU" for not paying the extra $60!
I feel the injustice and have file a complaint to Office of fair trading!
If anyone else has also had this occur to them – please also do the same and file a complaint.

If you are a company who uses FedEX/TNT as your standard courier – please stay away as they have not care or responsibility for their services.
We are a retail business and have between multiple packages being picked up/delivered by multiple carriers every day. So when a driver shows up to pick up a package but cannot tell us what package they should be picking up, how many packages, or information about who scheduled the pick up (in this case it was not us who scheduled the pick up, so we most likely know it's a return to one of our vendors), it is IMPOSSIBLE for us to know what package is the correct one to give to the driver (since we have multiple packages ready for pick up for returns).
I called FedEx and apparently this their policy. The drivers are not given any information other than how many packages they should be picking up and their weight, which that particular driver couldn't even provide. The rep kept going in circles, saying she should not tell me what was in the packages that needed to be picked up and I kept saying that I understand that, all I wanted to know was who scheduled the pick up so I know which vendor the return was for. She could not provide that information. The driver doesn't know, she doesn't know, apparently FedEx has NO IDEA what they are doing.
We paid 285 USD to send a small box from the US to the Philippines. The item was dispatched on December 19 and arrived on January 4. They claimed that the waybill was incorrect and that their agent was too lethargic to help us, possibly because they wanted the box to stay with them for a while because they charge customers a daily storage fee for items that aren't delivered, even though it's their fault. When the package was delivered, they once more demanded payment of over 17,000 pesos (about $300 USD)!
As a result, we paid roughly $600 USD for a terrible service. In LBC, we never experience this.

On top of taking more than 10 days to get my package that were just documents, the system was giving us the wrong information all the time. They put you on hold by phone for so long so that way they avoid giving you a refund. I do not recommend FedEx at all. After waiting 10 days for my package and dealing with wrong info about the status of my package I offered them to go and pick it myself but they wasn't willing to help and they got none to go to the facility to give me my package. I spoke with 5 different representatives and they gave me wrong info as well, they told me there was no manager or supervisor I could talk with. Not even on call. Save your time, money and avoid stressing to the point you could lose your mind with these people. I'm not using this company never again.
I ordered 2 expensive phones from Verizon they used fedex 2day shipping signature required. I stayed up to receive the phones to see on my camera they just plopped my package on my porch and took a picture and dipped, opened the door q bit later to find thr package was re_taped and my package empty besides my Verizon paper work and popped bubble wrapp. Wasted a whole day visiting Verizon to make a claim and can't even get a human to talk to at fedex but filed a claim online sucks they won't let you attach a video, but now I'm going to have to wait a week before I get a replacement order for the phones. This isn't my first experience with them also order a motorcycle head light and it was thrown at my house breaking it. The seller resent it and gave it extra bubble wrap.
I never get my orders on time using FedEx. Drivers are constantly incoherent. They're usually under the influence and never get my packages here on time. They have a horrible tracking system that they never followed by. Drivers get tired by the end of the day and they still have packages they take them back to Independence Kansas. They do way too much visiting from door to door delaying everyone else. This company needs to be boycotted.
Mike, was was doing delivery and he is just local guy and he was so much rude when he delivered package to me and I'm supposed get my package on Jan 4,2023 and I got my package by Jan 9. Even though I'm working from home I get everyday email that customer is not at home or business closed. I tried to reach out to manger of FedEx and STELL (manager) she assured me to send me complimentary gift basket with this and I'm still waiting for it and now talking to manager waiting time is more 2 bussiness days.

We purchased art at an art auction in November and was looking forward to having it delivered today (January 8,2023). We received an email stating it was delivered this morning at 9:29AM. It was not at the front door as the email stated. Further, a photo showing "proof" was attached. The photo was blurry and showed concrete with a small object on the corner...not sure what it was, but not our package. The driver clearly was lazy. I immediately contacted Fedex to get them to message the driver, but they refused...saying they're not allowed to contract the driver. I completed the report and will contact the Art Dealer Monday. We live in Land O' Lakes, Florida. Fedex clearly does not care. They used to be a really great company, but no more! I have attached a photo "proof".
This company used to be good but unfortunately I cannot get a package on time with them anymore. They have a bot that doesn't help one bit on the website and a phone line that constantly rings.
I bought a package that requires a signature for deleiver. I missed the first deleivery day even when I was home becsuse the doorbell didn't ring. The second day I waited near the door all day and missed it because they didn't ring the doorbell or knock. I called fed ex and said they would send the driver back which they didn't. I then called a second time to redirect the package and they said I needed to contact the shipper. So I did and redirected rhe package because i want going to be home the next few days and told this to fed ex 2 times. Then fed ex tried to deleiver the package another 2 times when I had already changes the address and I wasn't home like I told them. I am beyond pissed off I have called over 5 times about this and they still can't get it right. I would give them 0 stars I'd I could.
Needed to sign for a package that I really needed. Found the sticker door tag but driver didn't knock looked on our ring camera. As a few minutes passed I called trying to get them to come right back. Customer service terrible no help waited forever for an answer said they cannot do anything? No driver contact? No delivery in Saturday have to wait till Monday now are you kidding me! Aweful!
I sent a letter FedEx because I needed it delivered by the next day. The package was delivered a day late even though I chose the next day option. When I looked at the email I noticed they put in the wrong weight for the envelop. It should have been 1.83 pounds and they charged me for 18.3 pounds. I tried to get to their customer service to get this fixed and tthey wouldn't let me talk to someone. I tried to get a credit for the late deliver but since I paid with credit card they wouldn't process the credit because I didn't have the invoice number. I would recommend no one use FedEx until they implement reasonable customer service policies. They even made entering the review difficult

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
