I ordered product, they said my card needed to be updated. I updated the information, then it didn't move or ship. It charged my card and still didn't move. So I emailed Fragrance X and said my card needed to be updated or if unsatisfied I could cancel. I called them and they said I had an issue with the card. I told them, my card had already been charged. They then said it was on its way and should be there in a few days. It had already been 8 days.

I've order 2 full-size bottles what would've been 250 in the store for less than half the price the perfume smell exactly the same for less.

Bottles were samples and are stamped saying so on the side of the bottle. But they are full and smell amazing. My only complaint is they didn't come with a lid/cap. Excellent service.
