The overall ordering and price were satisfactory. The colognes were shipped in a timely matter and arrived at my door. However, one of the bottles was slightly opened and had spilled some of the cologne in the box…the original box is now liquid damaged, and there is less of the product than there should be. Kind of a bummer! The other bottle was wrapped fine and was in-damaged.

I did receive my order but to be honest, it's not I expected, that isn't the Polo Ralph I usually wear, the Odd smells disgusting, its doesn't smell like anything close to Polo Ralph.

Products arrived Broken…. No fragile or flammable on the box…Customer service is horrible…. I cut my fingers just opening the box after sending pictures they still have not refunded the money or making things right…

Making multiple purchases for Christmas my account was flagged. I called the customer service number to confirm that they were legitimate orders. I was told I needed to contact my bank and provide a six digit number the bank provides to the merchant. As you could guess that didn't go over to well with the credit card company and they told me they have never done that and can't give me a number. Going back and forth with the card company and fragrance X went nowhere and fragrance X refused to listen. All of the orders got deleted by fragrance X, and I was forced to shop at fragrance net. That actually had a sale going on and saved me almost $150.00.
I'm sure fragrance Net. Was very happy for the six orders totaling nearly $1500. 00.
