I ordered two perfumes on the 21st of January 2026, when trying to track my order the tracking number has no history of movement. When I check the courier company they have no parcel with the shared order number. Now it has been more than 12 days. This was suppose to be a birthday gift.

I used Prada Amber cologne for many years. In recent years, it became harder to find. I was overjoyed to find it on Fragrance X and at a reasonable price. It was delivered a few days after I placed my order.

This has been hyped up a lot and when I received it seemed very mid for what everyone was comparing it to. I'll let it sit for a while and see but from jump. Not impressed.

My box was pack neat and professional. Thankyou so much. I had sent a text a few weeks ago inquiring about a men's cologne named,"Jacomo,", and I received feedback but it really wasn't a valid response. So I would like to order Men's Cologne,"Jacomo,". If you would be more than happy to check your Inventory and see if the Cologne, Jacomo,", is available for me to order, and send me an E-mail informing me. Thankyou. James Fountain.

This is the second time I've recieved two orders of an item when I thought, While ordering I thought I hadn't touched the complete order tab, as it did not, I repeat did not acknowledge that I had indeed ordered. I will nog need any cologne for quite a long time. And when I do I'm not after being a customer for a very long time ordering from Fragrance x again.

Ordered jadore for the wife for Christmas. 1st problem was the bottle is fake. 2nd issue the color of the perfume is darker. 3rd issue the cent literally last for minutes at best. I couldn't even smell the perfume. Buyer beware don't buy these fake products.

Although the store/website states that items are shipped the same day, this is simply not born out by the facts. Shipping labels are frequently printed the same or next business day, but the parcel is not transferred to their shipping partner for at least another two days, or in my current case one full week after I had placed the order. If you choose to contact customer service be prepared to be condescended to, lied to, and be made subject to a series of deny, delay, defend. The best course of action is to avoid doing business with these people completely.

The response below is yet another lie. I have an email confirmation of my order being placed on January 23rd. Of course I can read and understand shipping policies that state weekends do not count in shipping times. Perhaps you should start addressing me with my earned title of Dr Bruce so you understand that my reading comprehension is probably greater than yours. I do not, nor will not, exhibit patience and understanding when you have abrogated every claim you make on your website in terms of shipping and processing. I will expect a refund.

I had a very good experience, ordering my perfume. I was given a confirmation number following by a tracking order. Everything arrived as they expected time. Great service overall.

The designers name the flankers similarly and I ordered a cologne that I already have. It's ok though because I really like it.

Honestly thought this would be a scam site so I did a bunch of research on this site looking at other reviews and decided to place a order and actually got the two clones I wanted in a decent time frame. Over a pretty solid experience and I'm hoping I can rely on this website to keep buy more fragrances as I'm fairly new to this stuff

Not the same fragrance strength as50 years ago. Too acoholc. Very disappointed. Also did not realize I ordered 4711 "original" for men. I am an 80 yr old woman. Also thought I ordered a smaller bottle.

Very pleased with the shipping box. The Oscar and Halston, which i have used for many years, were carefully boxed. However the sample if the Reminiscence Patchouli (F******* per your billing) was nowhere to be found. I even enlisted my adult son in helping me take apart the strongest box I have ever encountered. No sample. I tried to call but was told there were no customer service people available. Interlude by Francis Denny was one of my youthful favorites and I'm hoping your Reminiscence Patchouli might work for me. I will continue to try to reach one of your representatives by phone.
