On October, November and December of 2011 I made 15 orders from FragranceX.com and never received them. Those orders were paid with a credit card. The number of the orders are: *******, *******,8627, *******, *******,*******,*******,4693, *******,*******,*******,*******,*******,*******,*******. FragranceX.com showed total disrespect to the customer by taking my money and never delivering the product. I DO NOT recomend ANYONE from buying in that store.
I ordered and paid for a 100ml bottle of perfume and received a 75ml bottle.
When I emailed them (I am in Australia) asking what they were going to do about it, they firstly wanted a photo of what i received, which I sent to them, then they proceeded to tell me the price was for the 75ml bottle (when clearly the order stated 100ml bottle with photo!)
A few emails were exchanged when the final one come asking me if I would like them to charge me another $9 for the current price of the 75ml bottle seeing that is what I received!
I have dealt with this company a few times over the last few years and had no reason to complain, but was totally blind sided by their lack of concern regarding my complaint.
Although this is what is on their website "Shop with confidence, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee"... DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Disgraceful service, I will never use them again and will warn all my friends and family about them.
It looks like I'm a rare very happy customer! I have bought perfumes several times from fragrancex and have NEVER had any problem. Always a reasonable shipping time and the item is pretty much perfect! I'm really surprised to see so many negative comments. But, hey maybe next order I'll get burned - I really hope not. Theyre sooo cheap!

AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID. Around 18 months ago I ordered some perfume and paid them £30 through paypal I never received it. They will fob you off that it is probably stuck at customs or ignor your emails then before you know it 45 days has passed and it's too late to claim back through paypal. LUCKILY my credit card company (Tesco) did refund me the purchase amount after me sending copies of other reviews for the company and proof of puchase any emails etc from them. I wish I had read other people's reviews before i placed my order and I certainly would not have bothered.
I ordered cologne from their website and was never delivered to my house. It's been almost 4 weeks. Don't even bother to email them because they will give you bad excuses. Those snobby people from NY are scams. I had good experience from fragrance.net( better service and ships fast).
FragranceX is a FRAUD. They do not send merchandise. They then continue to use your credit card info and keep RECHARGING for merchandise you never received. When you call customer service and threaten to fill out paperwork with bank and law enforcement and report the company as fraudulent, "Karen" hangs up on you.? Smells like a scam to me.
Ordered $140 of perfume November, 2010 f0r Christmas presents - here we are March 23 2011, still not arrived. Standard reply from company be patient, in customs, weather in Australia... demanded money back now they don't reply to emails at all - cheats. AVOID THEM.
I purchased Miss Boucheron eau du parfume and shower gel and body lotion from them for my daughters 20th birthday.
They arrived very quickly. They shower gel and body lotion came in good packaging and sealed in cellulose.
The scent, however, came opened, box damaged and 1 inch of scent missing. They told me to send them pics which I did. After looking at them they offered me 10% off. I asked them to replace the bottle of perfume and they outright refused and offered me a 15% discount off the order.
That was all I wanted was to have the scent replaced. They did not. I never got my money refunded either.
Terrible customer service.

This is a fabulous site of authentic, well priced perfumes. Hard to find perfumes are found here. The shipping is very good often offering free shipping. The customer is equally good. If something is sold out and have to go on a waiting list they will give me a discount coupon for the next shopping experience with them.

I am a UK resident I ordered £92+ worth of goods on 27th Nov as I write this its 6th Feb and still no sign of the goods. Their replies to my e-mails are delayed and are, regretfully unhelpful AVOID AVOID AVOID esp UK users as you have no redress and if the costs are < £100 you will not be able to claim the loss from your credit card company. The US authorities should close this website down.
FrangranceX is a scam companie based in the USA. They will take your money but WILL NOT deliver what your ordered. They will tell you over and over again that your order is stuck at customs until it is too late to claim back the money from Paypal. Key in FragranceX on google and review the many hundreads of customers who have been ripped-off.

I ordered a bottle of perfume from this company in October 2010. I paid through paypal and was enticed to a degree by the free international delivery. Unfortunately this method of deliver is not tracked and and after three months nothing has arrived. Needless to say the customer support are quick to reply to any emails with the same scripted verse, "you parcel is possibly been delayed by a customs check in your country please be patient". Was a load of rubbish. Funny that so many of their customers have the same experience. Unless you want to throw your money away do not buy from them.
I purchased some perfume on 19 Nov, they took the payment out of my account straight away and I have still not recieved it!
It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and in the end I had to go out and spend more money buying the same item in store.

Fast shipping as International order. Initially charged me for shipping but complained l had a coupon which they honoured and refunded cost. Always pay securely with this site as there are a few dishruntled people in the USA but in the main they were great.One item which they are NOT allowed to sell as contacted Gucci was a supposed purse spray. 17oz but it arrived unsealed ie no cellophane and obviously a sampler which by law cannot be sold on a commercial basis. They replied to my e-mail asking me to take a photo which is a little hard as it comes in a red plastic square box which when depressed perfume sprays out.As it was not sealed it leaked and l could smell it before l opened the box.Other item was spot on and super so give them a try.
