This company is not reputable. Nina Ricci L'air du temps - NOT. On their site it looks a good deal, then they add a ridiculous amount for shipping; then convert from US dollars into AU dollars and when it arrived I knew immediately it was fake. The bottle is fake and the perfume smells like petrol. Please learn from my mistake - STAY WELL, WELL AWAY from this mob, or you will more than likely burst into flames if anyone likes a match near you.
The title says it all. I have been buying perfumes and aftershaves since 2011 and have never had a single problem. In my opinion the goods are original. Arrives within two weeks of ordering, never longer than this. DHL delivered today within the hour that they had advised. Sad to see negative reviews as my experience is totally opposite.

I ordered Dot perfume and it arrived just in a box with no protective packaging. The bottle only had a very small amount of perfume in it and the bottle was damaged and would not squirt. I had to throw it away. I have e-mailed Fragrancex numerous times but they will only refund me half my money! They have no idea on customer service and don't even reply properly. They are a COMPLETE RIPOFF. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

But going to say it anyway I love there fragrance Besty Johnson I order the gift box it, but the bottle won't spray the perfume out. I have tried taking the top off and can't. I have called to see if they can send me anough one. They claim they can't find me in the system. And I order from them all the time. But they keep sending me emails to order. The worst customer experience ever, not sure what happened to these guys. I am yet to receive my order after spending $117. I have transacted with them 2 years before and the delivery was smooth, not sure what happened. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
I bought I perfume from their web site on 23 of may. Today 17 of June and the product is not still arrived. I sent them 1000 mails, by describing the situation.
All they say, it is not on their hand. I asked for money-back because there was no product delivered to me. They did not even care. All the mails that they sent was like automatic response.
In every kind of online web site there is a section where you can cancel order and get your money back. In theirs there is no!

I was hesitant to order perfumes on-line and so held off for years. It seemed reviews on the net were pretty much all negative. It was only when I started asking people with whom I work that I got positive responses. Tellingly, both ordered via FragranceX. They had both ordered from other sites without problems, but their go-to was FragranceX. That convinced me to dip my toe into the water.
I ordered on May 6,2016. The order consisted of 3 testers of male fragrances I couldn't source here in Melbourne. The other was AMan at half the price I could obtain it here.
I tracked the order via the TNT website. It seemed to take 4 days to reach JFK but after that it went to Sydney and waited there over the weekend and then was delivered to Melbourne on Monday for a Tuesday delivery on May 17.
Three of the 4 perfumes were in boxes one was wrapped in bubble wrap. All were wrapped in thick bubble wrap and placed inside a small cardboard box.
I would rate the service as very good. One of my colleagues received her package in 5 days, but I would suggest 10 days from US to Melbourne is pretty impressive.
Would I use this service again? Certainly. I'm sure the people here who report problems are not making things up; people have bad experiences with all sorts of companies, but I can only report on my one, first-up experience. I'd say that you can order with confidence from FragranceX.
Never received my order -- USPS clearly misrouted my package to a wrong customer but FragranceX doesn't care, even though they have insurance on that package! They give me a runaround and won't tell me what will happen if USPS never finds my package (they actually made me open a case with USPS, even though they were the sender who paid for shipping). Their customer service reps are rude and standoffish, just want to end your call ASAP without resolving anything. The last one actually said "I can't tell you what happens during our follow-up process."
I am 99.9% sure I will never see my package or a refund.

I have make an order six months ago. But until now I don't get anything. I have send a lot of emails and I call them, asking them to refund my money. But its always the same answering: Be patient because your order its on the way. I never see something like this because all the online shops have a deadline for delivery the orders. Otherwise they reimburse the money.
I never see such arrogant people how mock with other peoples money.

I had already ordered Fantasy by Britney Spears from fragranceX at an amazing price before I started reading any reviews. After reading the reviews which were mostly negative I started regretting my order. Everyone made it sound so horrible and I was worried I'd have to pay extra import charges when I recieved my parcel as I am in Canada. Also some people claimed their products to be fake. I went and picked up my parcel today and I didn't have to pay any extra charges. The item looks real and smells like the real deal to me so as far as I can tell, it's authentic. I also recieved a coupon for my next order and a bonus nail file. I am totally happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend FragranceX to my friends :)
Please, please do not purchase from Fragrance X, especially if you are based in the UK. Not only did they hit me with a £17 DHL delivery charge (on top of their delivery charge which meant I paid £15 more than if I had purchased the perfume in the UK), but when I received the perfume, it was a fake! I could tell as soon as I sprayed it, and the smell disappeared after 5 minutes. I took it to a well known perfume store and they confirmed it was a fake. I have purchased perfume a few years ago from Fragrance X and wasn't charged for the DHL delivery and the perfume was genuine. Now it is definitely not. They are now obviously buying from cheap, copycat suppliers of fake perfume. Please do not use. I am reporting them to Trade Descriptions to try and get them stopped from exporting to the UK. I feel really cheated. It is daylight robbery. My hard earned money down the drain.

I'm a frequent online shopper, never have I had a worse experience with an online store. It's been over 8 months & I haven't received my order and obviously I'm not going to in the future. They kept sending my the same robotic e-mail when I told them the order is late, they kept saying it is on the way and if the order has been sent back to them they will refund me. Once day maybe 6 months later the tracking number just stopped working, I told them I want a refund, they never replied! I sent from another e-mail they still completely ignored my e-mail! Even though they replied to all my other ones, but once it's obviously time to refund and they cannot stall me any more they just ignored. I'm DISGUSTED with this company, and very upset at how they can just steal my money! Do NOT place an order with them, they are cheats. STAY AWAY!
