I ordered about $188 worth of fragrances so far nothing i have left messages on your answer phone so far nothing I sent an e mail about a week ago so far nothing i contacted the cariers here in NZ they said to get in touch with you YOU have my money and i have no fragrance
On 21st Feb i received tracking info waybill *******016 advising that my shipment had not yet been picked up so please can you get

Placed an order 4 days ago, money charged, yet processing for 3 days.
Sent an email asking to clarify, no response.
Just called now and given some sad story how they are verifying my credit card details.
When questioned why i have not been informed or email un answered, get another silly story of excuses and funny enough a response to an email.

I guess here is the reason for cheap prices, they just charge but do not ship or respond, until customer kicks up some storm

I have been a customer with FragranceX.com for 3 years now. This is now the second time where they claim through tracking my order, that my item was delivered. It was to be shipped to my place of business (as always), and I am here everyday, Mon-Fri. And someone is in the store Sat. And Sundays as well. When I emailed my complaint, they said they are looking into it. I then had to go through my credit card company to investigate my claim further. After 3 1/2 weeks, Fragrancex.com said that they apologize for their error, and will refund me in full. They did, BUT by the following credit card statement, they re-negd on the FULL amount as promised, and credited me for $20.00 less. This is not considered proper business practice, when a company promises you in writing one thing and does another. After 3 years of being a loyal customer to them, this type of service reflects no regard or appreciation for customer loyalty.

I have ordered three times from Fragrance X, I never had a problem delivering my order. I live in Bahrain in the middle east. My package arrives in one week max. The bottles arrive wrapped in bubble wrap if they are testers and in the orginal box if they are not testers. First order I took the bottles to the biggest dealer in Bahrain for colognes and perfumes and he checked the Bar Code and guess what... they are 100% original with almost half the price. What do I need more. I will never buy my colognes locally and I will keep ordering from Fragrance X

The first order made on 1 st July '16, not delivered till Jan '17.
The second order made on 1 st Oct'16, not delivered till Jan '17.
Despite repeated mails, a standard automatic mail is instantly delivered. The subsequent mail always says it might be stuck in Customs and we cannot do anything till the product is returned to us. Countless exchanges!
No refund of money, no accountability, no qualms about gypping a customer.
Fragrancex is not to be touched.
I have wasted $150, don't waste your money.

I DO believe their fragrances are real, not fakes. I have had GOOD results ordering from them in the past. My order came promptly in just a couple of days. However, the two bottles of men's cologne that I ordered, each had a MACY'S sticker on the back. I paid $135.99 to FragranceX, and immediately went to Macy's website to look up Bleu De Chanel, eau de toilette, 5 oz. And guess what? Macy's charges $125.00. So, I bought two products with Macy's stickers on them at a "discount" company, and paid more than Macy's charges? Take a look:

Can you imagine how I feel tonight? P.s. The price I paid to FragranceX supposedly included the 15% discount that they were offering.

I placed my order for a $350-worth of different fragrances two weeks ago without reading any reviews about the company. When I went and see the different reviews, I felt disappointment as I found most of them negative which then made me doubt the quality of the products I purchased and timeliness of the delivery of my orders. I paid for my order under a 2 weeks shipping terms to Australia. Some bad reviews mention about the massive delays in delivery some taking more than a month or so to arrive. After I read these, I almost wanted to cancel my order but just didn't know how at that time. I did receive one notice that my order has been picked and packed and gave me a tracking no. And no more notices since.

My disappointment turned into excitement when just yesterday, exactly 10 days after placing my order, the perfumes arrived in a VERY NEAT AND ORDERLY parcel. Inside the box came individually wrapped bottles properly cushioned with filler to avoid breakage. It wasn't what I've expected after reading all the negative reviews! And when I tried on the scents, I knew straight away THE PRODUCTS ARE AUTHENTIC as oppose to the others saying the products are fake or counterfeit.

I will surely order from this company again! 100% happy with their PROMPT SERVICE and QUALITY of the perfumes. NO REGRETS AT ALL!

This company is not reputable. Nina Ricci L'air du temps - NOT. On their site it looks a good deal, then they add a ridiculous amount for shipping; then convert from US dollars into AU dollars and when it arrived I knew immediately it was fake. The bottle is fake and the perfume smells like petrol. Please learn from my mistake - STAY WELL, WELL AWAY from this mob, or you will more than likely burst into flames if anyone likes a match near you.

I looks like there's no reason to complain if they are not going to help. But going to say it anyway I love there fragrance Besty Johnson I order the gift box it, but the bottle won't spray the perfume out. I have tried taking the top off and can't. I have called to see if they can send me anough one. They claim they can't find me in the system. And I order from them all the time. But they keep sending me emails to order. I bought I perfume from their web site on 23 of may. Today 17 of June and the product is not still arrived. I sent them 1000 mails, by describing the situation.
All they say, it is not on their hand. I asked for money-back because there was no product delivered to me. They did not even care. All the mails that they sent was like automatic response.
In every kind of online web site there is a section where you can cancel order and get your money back. In theirs there is no!
They don't care about customer satisfaction at all!
I think they are fraud!
PEOPLE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I was hesitant to order perfumes on-line and so held off for years. It seemed reviews on the net were pretty much all negative. It was only when I started asking people with whom I work that I got positive responses. Tellingly, both ordered via FragranceX. They had both ordered from other sites without problems, but their go-to was FragranceX. That convinced me to dip my toe into the water.
I ordered on May 6,2016. The order consisted of 3 testers of male fragrances I couldn't source here in Melbourne. The other was AMan at half the price I could obtain it here.
I tracked the order via the TNT website. It seemed to take 4 days to reach JFK but after that it went to Sydney and waited there over the weekend and then was delivered to Melbourne on Monday for a Tuesday delivery on May 17.
Three of the 4 perfumes were in boxes one was wrapped in bubble wrap. All were wrapped in thick bubble wrap and placed inside a small cardboard box.
I would rate the service as very good. One of my colleagues received her package in 5 days, but I would suggest 10 days from US to Melbourne is pretty impressive.

Would I use this service again? Certainly. I'm sure the people here who report problems are not making things up; people have bad experiences with all sorts of companies, but I can only report on my one, first-up experience. I'd say that you can order with confidence from FragranceX.
