Booked with them, in the information filled they didn't ask me for gender /passport number.
After I paid I saw they put gender "female" on my reservation and told me to update information directly with the airline. The thing is i couldn't do it because the booking number they gave me didn't work to track my booking on the airline website.
I tried to call their "24/7" customer service, only to find out its open only between 8am-12am.
I cancelled my booking which cost 69$ with a 25$ fee 1 hour after the booking..
I had to cancel a flight to New Orleans with Delta last new years eve. Delta is allowing up until Dec of 2023 to re-use the cancelled flight e-tickets because of Covid cancellations. Flighthub is not allowing me to re-book the same flight a year later. We are the 18th of october, well within their limit of booking before the 16th of Nov. This is not acceptable.
Ok, I told Jacob@ FlightHub if my refund came in today like they promised... I'd leave 2 good reviews, if not- I'd leave 10 bad ones. ( the process took 11 days) So here we are. I am Very glad I bought the cancellation insurance. Hurricane Fiona & Ian sideswiped my travel plans. I am truly grateful to be safe & am sorry for what has happened to those affected by the storms. But, I needed my money back- American Airlines refunded my money in 48 hours- to flight hub. 5 phone calls later to very polite & helpful people. Sarah, Aram, Marcia(?) - & that Turkish sounding guy guy I got frustrated with... the problem was resolved. I definitely plan to use flight hub services again. Thank you
Do not book a flight using FlightHub.
The website booked a completely different flight which included a 24-hour layovers on each of legs. It took FlightHub 3 days to email me the tickets and I noticed the error right away. When I phoned to change the error, I waited for over 3 hours and then told that any changes are $200 plus the difference between the original and new flight ($4200!). The customer service staff could not understand why additional charges of $4400 was not acceptable and offered no reasonable option for the booking error.
Basically, FightHub is a scam.
I just booked a ticket on this website and initially they charged me the amount of the ticket, but then in the evening I received another unknown charge for $84 which is a fraud. I tried calling their number to get this investigated but no one is picking up the phone. These guys are absolute fraudsters, Do not use their services. I request the Flight team to immediately contact me and remove the extra $84 fraudulent charge right now. I used their service in the past where they tried to scam me as well.
My experience: I paid cancellation insurance at the time of booking for two tickets. However, Flighthub's Insurers had rejected the insurance request (due to they being in bad books with the insurers), but FLIGHTHUB DID NOT INFORM ME ABOUT THAT REJECTION. Up to the date of flight, the online ticket showed my flight is protected with cancellation insurance. However, when I had to cancel for a valid reason (per their agreement) and applied for the refund, I was told that MY insurance was REJECTED by the insurance company and I was refunded. Why did not Flighthub inform me of the cancellation of insurance by their insurance company, so that I could have insured the flight with another company? THEY HAD NO ANSWER! In the end, there was only a "sorry". Beware of the CROOKS at Flighthub. And because they seems to be professional crooks, even the insurance companies are shunning them!
My experience was terrible, they changed my flight return with out authorizing and I call 8 times and never got answer. They changed my vacation for this modification.
My daughter booked through Flight Hub to fly to Australia in October 2020 and due to Covid the flights were cancelled. All that was offered was a credit not a refund. The voucher was to used by February 2021. At this time Virgin Airlines we're not flying to North America. At no time was any help offered and as a result Flight Hub or Virgin now have her $5500!

We booked flight to Istanbul and back to Toronto for Sept 15 return. We had to change the flight to Sept 23. It was almost impossible to get an agent. I called the support line and it would not give me a clear instrution on how to get in touch with an agent. So I used online system on Sept 9 to book a change, I entered a flight change to Frankfurt but realizing there was not enough of a time to switch flights I backed up to book a different flight to Copenhagen. I pressed enter and system said they would get back to me? Thats crazy I thought but did not thin much about it. When the confirmed, they booked the frankfurt and not copenhangen and they charged not just a $300 higher change for flight but also $200 for me to book my own change. I called back. They wanted another $200 to change. I do not recommend using them as their systems are very poor and they add a layer of cost to flights.
We had cancellation insurance on our flight itinerary. Once we received confirmation that our flights were booked, we contacted AirCanada to book our seats (which was unavailable on FlightHub). AirCanada informed us that we were actually on standby, and that our flight was cancelled because AirCanada and FlightHub could not come to a resolution regarding difference in pricing between FlightHub and AirCanada.
FlightHub cancelled our flight and kept our cancellation insurance regardless of the fact that the cancellation was initiated by the airline and NOT initiated by us (the customer).
After hours on hold and talking to very argumentative customer support representatives, they refused to admit fault and kept telling us that WE cancelled the flight. We didn't even know our flight was cancelled until AirCanada informed us.
AVOID FLIGHT HUB. We are out $1200 of our cancellation insurance because of their anti-consumer behaviour.
Use Flight Hub if wish to invite headaches and lose money. I have made a booking for Sep 30,2022 and airline changed their itinerary after the booking. Since I cannot travel per revised schedule, am calling everyday to get a refund. The CSR is in Egypt and knows nothing about issing refund. "We have requested the airline' is the standard response I hear day after day.
DO NOT USE - GO DIRECTLY TO THE AIRLINE
Flight Hub over charges on booking fees. They even charge an additional fee to get a seat request on top of what the airline charges and don't mention it. You get multiple charges on your credit card.
Also the first time I called, the man was extremely rude - that should have been the first red flag. Live and Learn but I will never use again.
I booked a flight with this company and it was cancelled by the airline due to Covid. I was told I had to book a new flight by June 13,2022. In MAY 2022 I started to try and re-book my flight and was told I had to deal with their credit department to do this. I called hundreds of times and could never get through. I left messages with the regular booking agents to have someone call me back and no one ever did. If you want to book a flight use a reputable organization even if it costs more. It will be worth it in the long run... We lost all of our money.
Don't book through them, they reschedule flights and refuse to give money back
And even don't call you back to let you know, just for you to forget about the whole issue.
I had the worst experience ever. They forced me to have a voucher no refund.

Stay away. They took $1300 from me. When Turkish Airlines cancelled the return flight, Flighthub did not refund me a penny. They gave me one excuse after the other. Its been 2 months. They are scam artists. Buy directly from the airline.
I recently booked a flight on the website. After a month another stop was added and they only offered a refund while a new booking was costing me much more. Flighthub should have arrangements of compensating their passengers for the cost when they make such big changes to the flight schedule. If I wanted a two stop flight I would have booked one for a cheaper price initially. Very dissatisfied.
I am trying to book ticket through cheapflight.ca. The price was best and cheapest and when I try to book ticket it takes me Flighthub.com website. I called the Flighthub to check the price and the agent told this price is not good. I asked if this price is not good why it displayed in your website and this is public website. It misled us. The agent could not get me any suitable answer. This is really a Scam to buy ticket form Flighthub or chepflight.ca website. It is better to buy ticket direct from airlines.
Booked with FlightHub the multiple city air tickets. Need to cancel the return ticket (LOT, Airline confirmation: 3YEK5B) and it's impossible to do it online and impossible to reach someone by phone for the cancellation. It leads you by circle with no possibility to cancel. I am trying to do it during four days. What should I do? Will never ever book with this company
I would have been better of going to the airline directly and gotten a better price and better, way, service. Flighthub's service is basically non-existant. Their customer service inbox is no longer monitored. Instead you are referred to a website that runs in circles. And you get no-where. I ended up dealing with the airline themselves and got some of the errors fixed. I will never go to these types of service companies again, and I will deal with airlines, insurance companies and the like independantly.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
