Flight hub don't have hotline support only for booking hotline, and if you ask them simple question about how many luggage you can bring, their answer is, you contacted the booking hotline you need to contact the existing flight hotline, once you contact the existing flight hotline or they transfer you, you will stay forever in the line but no answer at all. If you call the existing hotline and follow the selection it end up the instruction you need to go online under flighthub support which is don't have specific information about your luggage. I tried to contact again they said you need to contact the airlines! Simple question don't have answer. So SAD!
I booked 2 tickets through Flighthub to Florida. When I signed in to Delta's app to make check in easier, I realized that the travel dates had been changed by Flighthub. I called to change the dates to what I initially wanted and after waiting on hold for almost 30 minutes I hung up the phone. I called back later and was told that I could not change the dates and would have to cancel and rebook the tickets. I agreed to this but was then told that it would be $75 per ticket to do so. So I had to pay for a mistake that I never made! What a scam! I purchased my new tickets through Priceline, but at a higher price. So in the end I was out of $150 for cancelling my plane tickets plus over $100 for the price difference of booking through another website. I WILL NEVER USE FLIGHTHUB AGAIN! The "cheap" airline ticket that I thought I was getting ended up costing me the price of another ticket.
We were stuck on the Highway to Toronto Airport, Knowing I will be late I called them while on the highway which was 3 hours in advance, but they had me waiting for an agent which took about 2 and half hours of waiting. By the time I reached the airport, the agent at the airport told me I need to check in 40 minutes early. And flighthub still had me on hold. When the flighhub agent came to talked to me its already 2 and half hour of waiting. I told them I called to cancel or rebook for a different flight the ticket and her reply was there is nothing they can do because for cancellation or change it had to be minimum 2 hours before the flight. So I lost about $390 because I was waiting for flighthub agent and they tell me it's my fault. After 10 years with them there not worth it at all, and please get someone who speaks English and understands NorthAmerican culture. Flight Hub is the worst please don't waste your time with them, just call directly to the airline its that easy and you have more options.

What a scam you are!
First of all you keep you on hold for almost an hour. The agents can barely speak English. And then they screw up the spelling of my name by one letter, so I have to call and correct and they have the nerve to say it will be $75 for a name change!
And then they say call back because they will investigate the so called recording of our conversation. I do and they simply tell me, nope. It wasn't their error! So now I don't get reimbursed the $75! And they cant prove to me the recording is valid!
Never again will I deal with you crooks!
And I will leave the most negative reviews on every social media network there is! Bye bye future customers to you!
Maybe learn some proper customer service! And in proper English!

Don't make the mistake I made, booking from a horrible company just to save some money.
I give this advice because they made a changed in one of my flights, after confirming no change had been made.
I, alone in another country, luckily had internet and went to check in into my flight before I went to sleep, since the flight was only at 15:15.
Surprise, I saw my flight was leaving in 10 minutes! It was in the middle of the night (after 2am), I was in bed, far away from the airport.
Interesting fact, this happened even though I called flighthub to confirm all my flights, twice, once when I received an email saying "your flights have been modified, please contact flighthub on this number" and another closer to flights. They confirmed twice, no change, it was just a possible changed, which they confirmed in the two calls, NO CHANGE WAS MADE, so disregard the email.
I almost panic, I called ( Skype) the airline right away to explain what happened, furtunately they quickly made the change to another flight and airline.
Of course I called flighthub right after, YOU CAN'T CHANGE A FLIGHT WITHOUT LETTING THE PERSON WHO IS TAKING THE $#*!ING FLIGHT KNOW. Of course, nothing happened. They passed me through three $#*!ing useless people without saying anything pertinent! The last person, actually was like a new call " hi, thanks for calling flighthub. Can I have your booking number?" After near an hour on the MF phone!
Do you really want to do business with this company? Is it a fair deal? Why not pay a bit more for peace of mind, because with them you will only have trouble.

It was very clear in our booking receipt that the 1st baggage was free. This is a big thing for us and we take this into consideration when booking with then as it change the price point of the total trip when compare the their rates to the competitors. When we left from Toronto to Lisbon, we traveled with our 1st free checked bag and had no issues, On our return, the airline charged us 75 euros for our checked bag and no this had nothing to do with baggage weight. We try to contact customer services with not luck, even send them email but get automatic response notification... I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN...
Actually not just me its all my family! They can't change/add a name on the ticket, they don't refund, we paid 450$ to cancel the ticket and now we still want to travel but they dont have any available ticket. Well refund me? No they dont refund. I paid almost 5000$ for our ticket and i cant even travel. They dont even have a ticket for one person. This is ridiculous.

Not reimburse me at all. And the cancellation fee was more then my ticket. It was a mistake and they just are keeping my hard earned money and I dont have a flight. I am disgusted by their business and they havent heard the last of me yet. I plan on layering up to make an example out of them.
I feel like an idiot. American Airlines helped me fix the mess at a slight cost but it didn't cost me the $800.00 flight hub tried to play me for.
I learned alot about scams and how companies jip you when booking flights. I am seasoned air ticket buyer now. This company taught me every trick in the book in my first time online ticket buying experience. (that is the only bright side). I am confident that I wont get blind sided again.
I tried to book a flight. Initially, it was $730, then the price raised to $760... I confirmed it anyway, but later, it charged $780. The worst part is that the flight I selected was 5:30PM and they booked an 8:30AM flight for me. THEY BOOKED ME THE WRONG FLIGHT. I called them about the mistake and they refused to change the flight for me. They told me I could change the flight for $200 or cancel for $75. They refuse to waive the fee. Customer service is not helpful. They only want you to cancel flight so they can make $75 per each "mistake" purchase.
I cancelled the flight in the end and got charged the $75 fee. I ended up booking a flight from the airline for $760, which was cheaper than what flighthub charged me.
600+ reviews on feefo and 500+ similar complaints on BBB. This shows that it's not a one-time problem.
I would give is negative five stars if I could. I want my hard-earned $75 back!
I do not know how they are still in business. They should be banned. They are scammers. We reserved a flight and had to cancel. Got charged $150 for cancellation and they said we could use our credit anytime. NOT true. We tried using our credit and they did not honour it. I had to go through the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) and the Better Business Bureau to get a hold of someone in Flighthub. Finally someone contacted us and after many emails back and forth they agreed to honour our credit and to book anytime. Yesterday, we called them and we were told that only customer service can deal with credits and that the call centre are not allowed to do it. We were transferred to the so called "customer service department" and we were on hold for TWO HOURS and no one answered. We called back and asked to talk to a supervisor and we were never able to talk to one. We are contacting TICO again.
This company should NOT be in business. They are scammers!
Hated hated never recommend to anyone. Simply rude customer service put you on hold for hours and no solution. Just sorry. Once they charge you thats it can't get ur refund even if its under 24 hours period policy..
Total bate and switch operation. I book a flight from Newark to Cabo and magically it was changed to Laguardia. I paid $585 for the trip and they are now selling for $411 and they won't switch it! I'm disgusted by their dishonestly. Stay Away!
Incorrect information, price discrepancies, cancelation fees, hours spent on the phone with their customer service team that were totally unhelpful and spent being bounced back and forth between service reps that either couldn't find my flight information or couldn't help resolve my issue.

No trouble, many flights available, different airliners, layover options, it's perfect I book what I want and not what the company want. Liberty!
I had booked my flight through flighthub (confirmation in email below). After the airlines changed the times of their flights, I called in to cancel my flight.
The agent I spoke with, guaranteed that I will have $703 with Air Canada for any flight, including a different destination. The agent made this very clear and confirmed this with me multiple times on the call. You may listen to the voice recording of that call dated May 24th at 10:40pm. Since the agent gave me this guarantee, I paid an additional $150 to cancel my flight.
Now I would like to use the Air Canada credits to fly to Washington on June 29th. However, the agents on the call, told me that because this is an international flight, I cannot use the credits for a different destination.
I feel robed of the initial $703 and especially of the $150 that I paid to cancel the flight.
My family and I booked international flights for 7 people. A leg of the flight was cancelled and we couldnt be reaccomodated by Flighthub. After countless hours of frustrating call centre support calls and repeating the same information we eventually agreed to cancel the flights and they would process a refund. They said they do it quickly but our bank would hold the funds for up to 6 weeks. I called my bank and that is not accurate. I am still waiting on my refunds and it is nearly two months later.
Due to affordable pricing, it permits us as a family visiting family members at special occasion that permit creating memories.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
