Absolutely a total ripoff! They give you a total airfare which nin Canada includes fees and taxes, then they add a small print line at the end that informs you that you will be charges nearly $100 more without explanation. There are to be no undisclosed fees or taxes, and they don't call this either-there is no service charge or fee identified, simply an inflated total at the end.
Do not use flight hub! It is a shakedown scam! Forgot my middle name after booking international flight. Tried to add it and they wanted to charge me $400.00 to change it. And I would not be able to board with that discrepancy! I called the carrier that I was flying on and they said it would not be a problem. Flight hub are crooks! Please do not use them ever! I spoke with a representative by the name of Bella! I gave it one star only because I had to for this review to go thru.
SCAM! Booked my fight through them, when my confirmation came via email, the dates were wrong! I called to either fix the flights or cancel and they just kept telling me I would have to pay a penalty! Found out my legal rights (you legally have 24 hrs from time of booking to cancel and be refunded your money). I have been trying to call now for 6 hrs to resolve this and I just get put on holdno one will take my call! I've called 11 times, waited on hold for up to 16 minutes. No one picks up. Tried emailing them and it got kicked back to me, they only send emailsthey don't receive them. Stay away from Flight Hub!
