I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro from a website from back market. I live in Georgia and my package is from Tennessee, so I'm thinking it will arrive in a day or maybe even the same day. Three days later, I still don't have it because it gets delayed every single time. It's been at the same place for 2 days and the truck that it's been on is not even 10 minutes from my house. FedEx sucks. They delay everything every time I get a package from fedtrash. If you ever order from FedEx, or should I say trash, expect your package to come 30 days from what you actually expecting. I had a small but high value item shipped from Washington to Florida. FeDex accepted the article and charged about eighty five dollars for overnight, guaranteed delivery by 8:00 PM.
Updates in tracking were not updated. The package arrived fourteen hours later, the next day. A request was applied for to get the shipping costs reimbursed. FeDex cited bad weather and Covid 19 for excuses not being able to deliver in time. There was no bad weather and Covid 19 did not play a role. And if it did, they should not have accepted the item for guaranteed next day delivery.
FedEx's service is unacceptable, can not be even compared to UPS or USPS. Customer service was also horrible. All in all a terrible company, avoid using them by all means!

FedEx is the worst delivery service. I am tired of my packages being 30 minutes away on the expected delivery date, then proceeding to take packages 4 hours away and put them on delay. I will now be asking which delivery service is used before I purchase something. I will no longer be purchasing items if FedEx is used.

Never trust FEDEX

Had a new laptop computer to be delivered from them.
They put it on delay.
I'm sure they stoled the computer.
They don't care about the end user and they gave me a run around at customer service.

I WOULD NEVER YOU FEDEX FOR DELIVER AGAIN.
UNLESS YOU WANT THEN TO STEAL THE PACKAGE

I was supposed to receive a package, yesterday. Based on the tracking, it was not sent to my residence, even though, Fed Ex claimed that they attempted to delivery it at 2:15pm. But, it was at the wrong location. I live in the Bronx and they sent it to Yonkers! What is worse is that it is difficult to get a hold of customer service because of their automated system. There is no option to speak to customer service. Horrible organization!

Worst company

Worst company ever. I have a SNOO bassinet for my newborn which was ordered before birth and was supposed to get to me no later than 2/22/22. Still not here. It has been at the same location 30 min away from me for 3 days now and each time I call the company, they tell me it will be here that same day. This is day 3 going on day 4 and still no product. Each time I track it, it only says delayed and stuck at the same location without any further details. Now my newborn has no bassinet to sleep in. Happiest baby (SNOO) company claimed they have contacted fedex and was told everyday that I call that it will be at my house that day and still no product. I was even told today that I should have the product today and that my number was given to the fedex truck driver who would call me today when he delivers it to my house, still no product. I called back and I was told they have no delivery date and cannot tell me when the product will be delivered. SNOO refuses to intercept the product and resend a new product knowing that I have a newborn without a bassinet and they have taken the money out of my account. FedEx isn't helpful either. I don't have a refund, I don't have the bassinet and they can't resend the product.
FedEx is simply the worse. I don't have this issue with Amazon, usps or ups. If I could give fedex less than a one star, I would.
WORST SHIPPING COMPANY ever. Would never knowingly use this company.

I would give FedEx no stars if possible

NEVER use FedEx for international shipping! I paid $164 to ship a gift to a safari guide in Kenya. The FedEx agent never told me that I needed to file a commercial invoice for the box. Without the invoice, the box was held at customs. Even though I opened a FedEx account, provided a commercial invoice and called Fedex every couple of days to follow up on the status, Fedex deemed the package "abandoned". They will neither deliver it nor return it to me. Then they billed me $192 in duties for a box they won't deliver and I had to fight with them delete the charges. The customer service agents are nice but useless.

Won't Deliver to Rural

FedEx has ALWAYS been my go-to delivery service until the last few years. According to tracking, package arrived at FedEx center on Feb 18 and has gone out for delivery everyday with daily report on website "Weather Delay, Delivery not attempted." Utter nonsense. My daughter has faithfully watched for the truck -- no show. Yep, it's been cold, but not icy or snowy. Best I can tell, it's because we're rural and they just don't want to drive out. A call to the hub got the response, "Our drivers won't deliver in inclement weather." then admitted that the weather hasn't been bad. He said my best recourse would be to have the package routed to the Walgreens in town and I can pick it up there with no problem. Further, he was happy to give me the web link address to set this up. Really? *I* get to drive into town for shipping I paid for to get the package to my door?

The university I work for dropped our FedEx contract about 8 years ago in favor of UPS. At the time, I didn't support the decision. I used to hate UPS because of cost, but they have consistently delivered source-to-door regardless of weather except once when the snow was too deep to get down the road.

The FedEx brand is truly tarnished when the premiere shipping service is being dropped by companies in favor of the once inferior service. They have become unreliable in my direct experience. No more FedEx for me unless required by circumstances.

They never fail to disappoint! Whether it be LOST packages, or packages left at the wrong door, or failure to give updates on pending deliveries, FedEx remains the most consistently awful system of delivery! Whenever given a choice by shippers, I ask for UPS, USPS, Pony Express, or Carrier Pidgeon before FedEx!

Hidden charges

I purchased a product on Amazon and paid for shipping with the seller. I then received a bill from Fedex. A call to customer service said that I was being billed for a lift gate charge ($122.25) and that I had signed accepting the charge. Hidden charge! I was not told up front that if the driver used the lift gate I would be charged for it. I signed for "receipt of the package". Final response from FedEx, take it up with the seller. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never purchase anything that uses FedEx for shipping. And I will contact the seller and Amazon to file a complaint. Obviously a complaint to FedEx lands on deaf ears!

Unbelievably incompetent.

Parcel allegedly delivered and signed for but by who, my guess would be the incompetent driver. Utterly useless delivery company. No parcel no joy in customer service. Why retailers use this diabolical company is mystifying. Must be the cheapness.

Fedex driver constantly enters the delivery was at front door. Rarely happens, probably a different driver. My deliveries are on the ground at roadside by the mailbox, in the middle of my driveway, but NOT AT MY FRONT DOOR. Trying to contact anyone at Fedex is a joke, you go around in circles on their automated customer service and never get a HUMAN so you can file a complaint.

Worse Shipping company

Never on time running days behind if not weeks, sadly it's nothing new been this was for years I wished I could use other companies when I order online but sometimes I get stuck with this company... If you have the option to used another sender I would, if you are stuck with FED EX my apologies in advance someday you will get your package.

Four times in the last 5 months FedEx was to deliver overnight or in two days. None of those shipments was on time, two to five days late, and one was $2,000.00 worth of perishable seafood, clearly marked on the boxes! In contacting their customer service I have to walk them through the steps of their own system to get the correct information on my shipments, 3rd party contracted phone bank companies. Then it takes 1-2 hours to get past the 3-4 layers of phone bank idiots to someone who actually works for FedEx and can actually provide correct info or solve the issue - the USPS is faster and more reliable than FedEx is anymore! Just wish I could choose the shipper when ordering things, I'd Never choose FedEx!

My package was not delivered to my home. We arranged some one to stay home to receive it when I had to go to work. No one delivered it. Instead, they called and told me my package was held at Fedex facility. Same thing happened to me last week. If no one was home ( I mean IF) they had to leave a door tag, but it was no door tag for both times. Wasted a lot of our time!
